Need something quick to eat, many fast food restaurants minutes away by car or 15-20 walking distance (like Whataburger, McDonald's). Many famous restaurants within 15 minute radius by car!
I really enjoyed my stay !! The house was clean and nothing was wrong with it !! Might be an older house but still in good condition!! Most definitely getting this house again. Then another good part bout it is itâs right in the middle of everything. Everywhere i went it was like 15min or less!!!
My guest and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Little White Lighthouse. Prior to our arrival, the property manager provided detailed and thorough communication, which continued throughout our stay. The check-in process was seamless, and we appreciated the easy access to the security system, which allowed us to arm the property during our visit. As a group of women in an unfamiliar area, this feature was particularly reassuring. The online listing was spot on, accurately representing the property. Highly Spacious for a group of 4. Its location was highly convenient for our planned itinerary, and we often opted for ride share services over paying the high parking fees at local businesses. The neighborhood, although older and featuring newer developments, was very quiet. We rarely saw any neighbors, adding to the tranquility of our stay. I highly recommend this home, and plan to consider in future stays!
The house easily met all our needs. The beds were the most comfortable ever. The water was hot when we need it, the shower heads had just the right amount of pressure. The owner was super responsive to any questions and very accommodating. It is not in the most upscale part of town but we felt safe in the house and had absolutely no issues. It was a quick drive to where ever we needed to go, including the airport. We had a great stay and would not hesitate to stay there again. I would recommend this property.
If you are headed to Houston with friends or
family, need space for 3-4 adults and want to be day near the Medical Center, University of Houston or have easy access to the northern side of Pearland, this is a great choice. Open living area, nice kitchen and comfortable beds. I shared the house with 2 friends and we definitely would recommend the house to
others.
The home was beautiful, it was decorated so nice, felt like I was right at home. It was spacious, stocked with appliances, extra linens. You have access to the large backyard as well. The check in process was so smooth and Tamara was an amazing off-site host. My family & friends really enjoyed it as well as I did.
Our family use short term rentals when we travel- so we thought we could do it ourselves. We bought this home in Oct 2020 and have poured our extra time in decorating, maintaining and hospitality. We have enjoyed hosting many people and also learning about ourselves as this isn't the easiest job- but definitely a fulfilling one.
We were attracted to this neighborhood because it is close to everything. At the time of purchase, real estate was reasonable, and we also thought this was an area we could see ourselves living in the future. The convenience of the location is what most attracted us, but then learning the history and absorbing the culture around the area is the reason why we keep doing what we do.
It is a private home with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We could have more people, but we feel it would lose the effectiveness of the home! We could easily host 10 people but really enjoy our smaller numbers for people to enjoy the space and also reduce the risk of parties or large gatherings as we respect our neighbors. There are other short-term rentals on the street and don't want to lose the culture of the neighborhood.
