Washer and Dryer available on the 1st and 3rd level of the townhome. 2nd Floor Kitchen/Living Room has 70" HDTV, Master 60" HDTV, 1st floor bedroom 65" HDTV and 3rd floor Entertainment Room 65" HDTV.
Guest have the ability to use the enclosed common areas of the property, which includes a fire-pit and two gas grills.

Guest are emailed an access code to use during the duration of their stay. The access code will be emailed within 24 hours of scheduled visit.
Our home comes with 2 parking spots in the garage for parking along w/ ample property parking. Lyft and Uber are both available in Nashville and are a reasonable options to get to wherever you'd like to go. They start at around $6 to get downtown depending on size of car and requested times
