HI Ashley, I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay at my home, however it is unfortunate that you would make such a narrative. If this were the case, I am certain you would not have requested to extend your stay after your initial 2-week period. The first thing you told me after you had checked-in was that you had asked for a 2-week booking to see the place but that you were interested in booking for an additional 1-month stay off the platform. I concurred with your request, and now you have all these complaints. It is interesting that all these problems you mention with the listing only became apparent to you after completion of this 2-week initial booking. During the course of this 1-month extension period, I informed you the neighbors filed many complaints about your parking and lack of courtesy to the homeowners in our small community several times. I explained this to you, and the more the complaints, one can notice you were either subletting the place after your initial booking period or you had many guests that were not on the lease agreement staying permanently while you were never present at the property. Your guests even went as far as taking pictures in my place while they cut hair in my kitchen. This lease agreement clearly says no commercial activities allowed but you did not have the decency to respect my home. It is my mistake for accommodating your extended stay as I never knew you were intent on violating the lease agreement.
