This was our 3rd stay at The Alpine (spring, summer & fall) over the years and the cabin continues to impress with its cleanliness, amenities and welcoming, cozy feel. It's location makes for a great starting point for the various outdoor activities and places to visit in the Laurel Mtns. It's also a quick drive down the street to 7 Springs for skiing.
Property was as described. It was quiet, and private. Even with other houses around it was as if they could have been miles away. The house was very well stocked, paper products, dishes, towels ect.
Ideal for 7 Springs skiing, hot tub, cooking, lounging
We skied one day and stayed in the next while waiting out a blizzard. This was the perfect place for it. The kitchen has everything including condiments etc. and we used it well. The living room was great for watching movies, and the wood stove was a bonus. We had four teenagers in the basement (one in bedroom, one in sleeping bag on couch, two on blow-up mattresses that we brought), and they enjoyed the darts & billiards. We all LOVED the hot tub, which is spacious, clean, and perfectly situated on the porch so we could sit there all warm & relaxed and watch the snow blowing around us while our hair froze. We even used the grill. I would totally stay here again. In the winter I recommend all-wheel drive, since the driveway can be a bit dicey in the snow and ice, but we were fine.
Perfect cabin for a family. The location is just minutes from Seven Springs Resort. Cabin has everything you need, from a nice fireplace to jacuzzi, and very well kept. My family had a great time and would love to go back!
We had a wonderful long weekend stay at this woodland cabin retreat! Owner was nice enough to let us check-in early the first day and replied quickly to all questions we had leading up to our stay. The beds were very comfortable, soft sheets, plenty of towels. We also appreciated having basic amenities included (paper towels, garbage bags, plastic bags, coffee, etc.). The hot tub was wonderful and we loved relaxing on the back porch overlooking the mountains. It felt like we were in our very own treehouse! Overall would recommend highly...Would just note that the lighting in the cabin is pretty dim and there was somewhat of a chemical smell when the windows and doors were shut (probably from hot tub chemicals stored inside). We weren't inside the house much, except for sleeping and showering so neither of those things bothered us too much. If you are looking for a quite, peaceful spot on the mountain with some rustic charm, this place is it!
Great location, close to skiing and state park. Hot tub, deck, pool table and inside fireplace help to make time at the cabin cozy and fun. We had a great weekend at this rustic cabin and would definitely stay again.
Amazing stay at the alpine lodge with easy access to the slopes at 7 springs and beautiful views of the mountain. Have stayed before and will stay again!
This cabin was perfect for a relaxing getaway for our family. It was conveniently located to Seven Springs and several restaurants. We really enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, and extra amenities the owner supplied. Would highly recommend!
Really liked this property. Nice location, pretty clean, and well stocked. The only drawback was the hot tub had some issues that prevented us from using it. Informed property owner, so hopefully it is good to go next time.
We wanted a place to get just get away for a weekend with friends and celebrate birthdays. This place was great for 3 couples!
It was clean and accomodating! The beds were comfortable, the hot tub was a big plus. There is a little grocer not too far away and lots of hiking trails.
Thanks for a great stay!
We had a wonderful time on our girls weekend at this cabin! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to make full meals, the hot tub was large and worked really well, plus there was a wonderful view from the property. It also felt remote enough to be peaceful but close enough to small towns with amenities to be convenient. Great stay!
This house has a comfortable covered porch to that allowed us to enjoy the outside even while it was raining. The hot tub is also covered and had a nice view of trees changing colors. The inside of the house was very comfy, cozy, and clean. We'll be back again in the future for another weekend.
We stayed at the cabin for a fall golf trip. The cabin was perfect and close to both courses. Restaurants are about 20 minutes but worth it. Tailgaters was a great time and great food.
Fun cabin to spend time with family or friends
Fire pit, jacuzzi, pool table and darts.,there were six of us and we had a great time.
The patio decks were awesome and we did some intense grilling.
Owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. It definitely was what we expected
This was the perfect cabin for a family and friends get together. We especially enjoyed the fire pit, jacuzzi, and the fun games/activities located in the cabin. The only complaint that we had was that the entire kitchen and the outdoor grill were very dirty. We spent most of our first day cleaning, which took away from our stay.
What a wonderful stay we had at Alpine last week. It was the perfect place to gather with my sister and my best friend since kindergarten. We loved the 2 covered porches, feeling like we were in a treehouse, the comfortable beds, the hot tub, going to Polymath for a wonderful lunch and your as well as Sandhill Berries for lunch! Thanks to Rob for his quick response to the questions for renting this cozy spot to make lasting memories!!
We had a wonderful time in this beautiful cabin.
The property is spacious and offers 2 covered decks and covered parking pad. Which was great for the rainy weather we had, we were still able to enjoy the outside. The amenities were amazing, Iâve never seen a place so Fully stocked. From kitchen wares to games and towels, we had everything we could need. Many new memories were made in the game room and hot tub. We were sad to leave but Itâs safe to say we will be booking again in the future.
Girls Trip 2023 #COLORCHANGE
We really enjoyed our stay! Cute house in a great location so close to 7 springs. We especially loved the deck and spacious hot tub! The fire pit area is a little hilly but we made it work. Would definitely stay again.
We had a great stay. W in one of the kitchen bags, loved the fireplace and using the hot tub. The views were incredible. It is right across from Seven Springs. I would highly recommend.
Charming, well-kept cabin very close to the slopes
We enjoyed our stay at this charming, well-kept home very close to Seven Spring. It was just right for three couples to stay for three nights. We especially liked the spacious hot tub, well-stocked kitchen, pool table, and wood burning stove in the living room.
The extra electric radiator in the downstairs bedroom was also a nice touch to ensure warmth in that downstairs room.
As otherâs have mentioned, one side of the driveway is steeper than the other, so just be sure to exit the driveway from the less steeper side if it is snowy. With that in mind, we did not have trouble with our smaller car and the snow.
