Wonderful stay. Plenty of room for 2. Very clean. Amazing view of Cruz Bay. Beth is a great hostess and assisted us daily thru our stay. Town is close walk with great bars and restaurants. Room is quiet at night. Comfy beds fully stocked kitchen. Great stay, plan to be back.

Beautiful condo and view!

My husband and I have been to St. John many times. This was our first time staying in Cruz Bay and this Lavender Hill condo was perfect for us. It was very clean and more than enough room for the two of us. The big purple chairs were great for our morning coffee on the balcony with a nice view : ) We love to travel the island and rented a car but absolutely loved the location so we could walk to everything in town. We would love to stay here again!

Updated Condo in a great location

Overall, Lavender Hill is a great place to stay. It is an updated, fully furnished condo with all the amenities you would need. It is also perfectly located with walking distance to all the bars/restaurants in Cruz Bay. It is also reasonably priced. The hosts were great and super helpful. One downfall - while you are over-looking the water, it is a little bit of a bummer that it's over a cemetery. Takes away from the view a bit.

Great getaway

The host met us when we got off the ferry and gave a great introduction to the features of the condo. We had morning coffee on the balcony each day which had a beautiful view (just like the pictures they advertised). The beach chairs and small cooler that were provided were perfect for our days at the beach. We were able to easily walk to the restaurants at Cruz Bay each evening. It was also nice that the hosts proactively checked in with us to make sure we had what we needed. It was a great week there and I will choose to stay there again on our next trip.

Can’t wait to come back!

We arrived in St John and JP gave us all the information we needed to easily access the property. We almost ran into a couple of donkeys and peacocks right in front of the property. The location is within walking of downtown and we enjoyed dinner and drinks when we arrived followed by a relaxing dip in the pool. Paper products were provided as well as some amazing food from North Shore Deli. JP was readily available whenever we needed him. The air conditioning kept up with our needs, shower was amazing, bed was extremely comfortable, and the view was priceless. You do slightly look over the graveyard, but it definitely doesn’t distract. This unit is on the first floor, so potentially a higher floor may have better views, but we had no complaints. We are already talking about our next trip and how we’ll definitely stay here again! Would definitely r!!!

Great stay, great location. James was easy to work with, was proactive and Eric met us at jeep rental, followed him to unit and he showed us around unit. Welcome basket in fridge was a nice touch and came in handy after nights out in Cruz Bay!! Would highly recommend!! Thanks for an awesome unit in an awesome location!! We will be back!!

Very much appreciated the amenities of the beach chairs, coolers, and beach towels. We did not need the laundry, but that would have been awesome to know in advance to pack lighter.

Condo is in great location and had everything needed for a relaxing stay.

Easy walking distance to Cruz Bay and easy access to taxis for beach trips. The Condo is very well decorated and has a great balcony view of the water.

Fantastic location, great amenities!

The condo was lovely with a view of Cruz bay and easy walk to restaurants. The unit’s wrap around porch was awesome, great space. Everything was very new and clean and the property manager was very welcoming, responsive and helpful. We did not rent a car this time and really did not need one- 5 min walk to the ferry. We’d definitely stay again.
