Seagrape 1 is a new beautiful large 1 bedroom suite located in Cruz Bay. Located at the top of Seagrape lane this property is a 3 min walk to the Frank Bay beach and 8-10 minutes walk to downtown Cruz Bay. The outdoor patio has a table and chairs for two facing the pool area and St Croix. The living room area has a dining table for 4. The kitchenette has all you need for cooking. The bedroom has a king size bed and the bathroom a walk-in shower. Smart TVs in living room and bedroom. In addition, an extra bed can accommodate a child up to 15 years of age if agreed with us upon booking.
We welcome 1 infant (0-2y) in any of our units.
Children (2-15y) as an additional person will incur an additional fee. We allow 1 child as an additional person in the 1-bedroom units Seagrape 1 and 2, and in the 2-bedroom units Pitaya 1 and 2. We do not allow children (2-15y) as an additional person in our Allamanda 1-Bedroom units.

Seagrape is wonderful. Unit is spotless and well equipped. Short walk down the hill to town for access to incredible restaurants. Just a short drive to the most beautiful beaches!

Fabulous location, beautiful, quiet, so clean and nicely appointed! I've stayed in numerous properties on St John for years and I can't recommend this property highly enough! Woke early every morning and enjoyed a swim in Frank Bay which is probably a 4 minute walk. Kitchen was so cute, everything worked appropriately and no pots, pans or dishes needed replacing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Seagrape Vista exceeded expectations. The location is walking distance to town, walking distance to the beach, many restaurants and the ferry. The property is spotless. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen had a coffee pot, coffee filters, and a blender. They had basic cooking supplies and some spices. They also had a few to go coffee mugs which we used every day. The community kitchen with an honor system bar was a nice bonus. They have beach chairs, towels, coolers, pool noodles and beach toys for you to borrow. The communication with the owners was excellent and prompt. When we arrived a wonderful young lady Cayleigh showed us around and let us in to our condo. The property has a few washers and dryers that are free to use and they have detergent for you to use. They have a basket of sunscreen and bug spray which came in handy. I honestly cannot think of one thing I could suggest to improve the property. We loved our stay and will be returning.

An exceptional 1-bedroom unit

Despite the lovely pictures of the property I wasn’t sure of what I was getting into. The unit as well as the property was exceptional. The only downside and it had nothing to do with the unit or property was the steep walk from the center of Cruz Bay up to the property. But my wife and I would stay at the property again in a heartbeat. My sincere thanks to the owners for a memorable stay.

Perfect!

My 12 year old daughter and I had a wonderful stay in this condo on St. John. The unit and property were extremely clean and comfortable. The mattress was new with great pillows so we slept very well each night. The property is beautiful and very quiet. We enjoyed relaxing out on the porch. The walk to town was about 7 minutes so it is a perfect location. The property is at the very top of extremely steep hills which are briefly challenging, but quickly over, so it didn’t bother us at all - they helped burn off our vacation indulgences! We rented a car but didn’t end up using it much other than to drive out to the beaches and go to the grocery store. There is a a large parking lot in the property. Parking is difficult in town so we always just walked. Beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel equipment, sun tent, cooler are all supplied which was fantastic. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting St John that wants to be within walking distance to town!
