Allamanda 3 is a new beautiful 1 bedroom suite located at the mini resort Seagrape Vista in Cruz Bay, St John. This property is a 3 min walk to the Frank Bay beach and 8-10 minutes walk to downtown Cruz Bay. The outdoor patio has a table and chairs for two facing the pool area and St Thomas. The living room area has a dining table for 2. The kitchenette has all you need for cooking. The bedroom has a king size bed and the bathroom a walk-in shower. Smart TVs in living room and bedroom.
Infants and children are counted as guests and will incur an additional fee. We do not allow any infants or children in our Allamanda One Bedroom units. We may allow a child or infant as an additional person in our other One bedrooms units (Seagrape 1 and Seagrape 2) and our Two bedrooms. However, this needs to be approved prior to booking and an additional charge will incur

So far the best mattress in a long time of staying in rentals and hotels. We loved seagrape, it’s nice, quiet and had everything we needed for a beach-going vacation. The common kitchen with the honor bar was a nice treat! The only downside are the hills, not a deal breaker but if you can’t manage the hills, you can’t walk anywhere and that’s the point of staying in Cruz Bay.

We have been coming to STJ annually since 2011. This, by far, has been our favorite place to stay! The amenities were amazing, the hosts were so gracious and the location just can’t be beat. We will definitely be coming back to Seagrape Vista!

David kept us informed and also gave great arrival instructions. Our greeter Caleigh, showed us around and answered any questions that we had. Loved the honor bar, sunscreen, and beach essentials provided. Great view, pool and everything was clean! Definitely would stay here again! Convenient to town and the steep hill is intimidating at first but after a couple days we were pro's:) We rented a car from Mustafa with Dolphin Jeep and we really enjoyed being able to see the beautiful beaches! Loved St. John!

Excellent communication, beautiful and clean location and apartment and every amenity you could think of. We took full advantage of the beach towels and chairs that were supplied. The only consideration for some might be the steep hill walking to and from town, however we didn’t mind it.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The room was gorgeous and the property had everything we needed. The staff made sure we had everything we needed for a carefree stay. The location made it possible to walk to Cruz Bay easily. We’ll definitely be back!!

During the brush of hurricane Erin it was absolutely perfect! Built so solid, I hardly heard the gusts or the downpours. Your pool was perfect for my mermaid photo shoot.I am a huge fan and will look to stay there in the future.

Fantastic property and great location.

Caleigh met us at the condo and showed us around. She pointed out all the amenities. We definitely used the honor bar and free sunscreen every day. Having the towels, coolers and other beach stuff was incredibly helpful. we would def stay here again.

Great place! Stay here you will not regret it! Honor bar, beach chairs and towels provided along with snorkeling gear! Huge plus and felt private. Quiet and peaceful. Hill is steep but worth it.

We loved our stay in Allamanda 3! It was beautiful, perfectly clean, and had every thing we needed. We loved the pool, honor bar, and welcome binder with a ton of information about the island and recommendations for where to visit. We can’t want to return!

Recently stayed here during the New Year and loved the property. Great communication, easy checkin/checkout process, and great location near Cruz Bay. Everything was clean and well thought-out. We had a wonderful stay!

We loved Seagrape! The condo was great and the amenities were incredible! We loved that they provided chairs, cooler, beach towels and had a pay as you go drinks & snacks. I asked for an extra blanket and received it almost immediately. Hopefully, we will be back again!

Loved the unit, nice finishes, nice view of the sea, AC worked well, nice pool and honor bar. Easy access to Cruz Bay, although the access roads were very challenging with tons of potholes (we were warned), and the driveway access was a bit scary. All in all, we would def stay here again due to overall condition & location. Thx!

We absolutely loved our stay at Seagrape Vista for our honeymoon! Our room was beautiful and clean and we had great views of the ocean and St. Thomas from our balcony. They have a great pool area with plenty of loungers and offer snorkel gear, towels and beach chairs for guests to use. It's only a short walk from the restaurants and shopping in Cruz Bay so you don't have to worry about finding parking which was great. We would highly recommend choosing Seagrape if you're staying on St. John!

Amazing spot for couples on St John!

We stayed in a Allamanda 3, which is a 1B/1B and it was absolutely amazing. Spotless clean, AC worked well, very quiet, and absolutely amazing view!! The honor bar worked out really well too to pack a few waters or beers for a beach day! Also, the free adventure amenities such as towels, chairs, snorkels, masks, coolers, and sunscreen were a huge bonus! The pool was great too. Can't say enough about the place! Would recommend it to any couple staying in St. John.

We loved our first visit to St. John. Communication was fantastic with the vistas managers. The pool was priceless. The condo. was just perfect, it was so great that we ended up eating dinner in most nights (we are huge travelers and that was a first). We could walk into town to several bars and restaurants. The vista is located on a hill so be aware of that if you have mobility issues. At first we were afraid to drive, risk it. After 1 day of driving it became second nature (almost). Loved St. John, Loved the vista.

Best experience we could have imagined!

My husband and I came to the Virgin Islands for our honeymoon and were absolutely blown away by Seagrape Vista! Everything is 100% as advertised and the pictures don’t do the view justice. You have everything you’ll need there including a pool, a snack shack stocked full as well as plenty of beer, a shower outdoors to rinse the sand off from the beach, and more. The location is perfect for walking around to all of the restaurants, bars, and hikes in the area too. It’s really easy getting around on foot and you learn the area fast! We stayed in Allamanda 3 and the room was so clean and beautiful. The check in service was seamless and really easy, and the team was in touch with us throughout the entire travel process up until we were greeted at the front door. 10/10 recommend this place to anyone considering coming here, it’s so perfect. We were sad to leave and will absolutely be back!!!
