Brewster 3 Bedroom getaway with plenty of green space!

Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom, 1 bath vacation house with a sunroom, deck, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. We do offer linens but no washer and dryer.

As you enter the house, you will be greeted by the kitchen which is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to cook a delicious meal for your family and friends. We offer a Keurig, traditional coffee maker, Fizzics beer system, crockpot, and so much more. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen, with a dining table and chairs for 4-6 guests. Everyone who walks into the kitchen always says, “Ahhhh I love it.”

We offer a cozy living room with plenty of comfortable seating for you and your guests. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, Roku, and a DVD player, so you can catch up on your favorite shows and movies after a long day of exploring.

The three bedrooms are tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Two of the bedrooms have a queen-size bed, while the other bedroom has two twin-size beds. All the bedrooms have ample closet space and storage for your belongings. The rooms are very spacious with enough room to accommodate you and your guests. The master bedroom has an Amazon TV.

The sunroom is a perfect spot to relax and read a book or just take in the beautiful views of the large backyard. The deck is also a great place to unwind and soak up the sun while enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. This room overlooks the deck and has a walkout slider for easy access to the backyard. Speaking of the backyard, it boasts plenty of space for Fido and the kids to run around. The backyard is not fenced in so bring a long leash for Fido. Also, as part of the backyard, we have outdoor seating, lighting, and a propane BBQ grill for guests to use. We also have a propane fire pit for those cozy evenings around the fire.

The bathroom has a shower, a bathtub, and all the necessary towels you just bring your toiletries.

Other amenities include high-speed internet, air conditioning, and heating. We currently don’t have washer and dryer access on the property but the local laundromat is only 10 mins away.

Our vacation house is conveniently located near popular tourist attractions, restaurants, and grocery stores. We are 3 mins from The Captains Golf Course, 5 Mins from the National Golf course, and 6 Mins from The Ocean Edge golf course. The nearest grocery store is 6 mins away and the liquor store is 2 mins away. We strive to provide our guests with an exceptional experience and make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay.
