Great location

The location and pool area were perfect. Easy walk to beach. While the unit was clean it could use some additional updating. Remove popcorn ceiling, the couch could use a deep clean and bathroom vanity could be replaced. Overall, the place worked for what we needed.

Hospitality at its best

In this hospitality business, the most crucial factor is how you are interacting with your guest who are coming for a short time to have a joyous experience in their memory. The host, the management, the cleaning ladies- each one of them had the smile all through the time we interacted with them and I rate them excellent in all aspects.Great stay, great experience!! Great location and setup, but condo needs work

We stayed for 5 nights with my family of 5. Locations is great — we usually stay in this area, but ~.25 mile down the beach. Bones of condo are fine…kids liked bunk bed and kitchen had everything you would need to cook a simple meal. Pool/hot tub were well-kept. Had some beach toys/chairs available for use on balcony. Parking convenient. The unit needs significant updating. One of the two DVD players didn’t work, iron doesn’t work, bathroom cabinetry falling apart, rug and couch in living room need significant professional cleaning (I was tempted to roll it up and put the rug out of the way for the duration of our stay), we found two rusty roofing nails and a long, rusty screw on the concrete around the pool (I know this is common ground and not specific to this unit, but I feel it’s fair to know). The extra pillows in closet smelled of urine. Didn’t deal with property manager on any of it so I can’t give feedback on that. However, I was provided contact info for property manager prior to stay. Appreciated that. Nothing was emergent enough that I needed to reach out.

Many thanks for the feedback regarding your visit. These items will be addressed as we continue to improve the experience for our guests. The DVD player is working but was not connected properly. The couch and rug were professionally steam cleaned just last month, but we will do so again. The extra pillows are also only two months old but will be replaced. In the future, please notify us of your concerns at the beginning of your stay. We take your satisfaction very seriously, and our Property Manager would have been there immediately to resolve. It’s always five o’clock here!

Miramar Beach rental

Lots of things to love about this rental. Steps from the beach. Close to other amenities such as restaurants, shops and other fun things to do. Price was reasonable. Pool was clean and the kids really enjoyed it. Hot tub was hot and jets were nice. Condo was dirty and needed some extra cleaning when we arrived only bad part about the place. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent view of the beach! Walking distance to several places to eat!

Overall it was great. Just a few things needed like an ice tea pitcher, measuring cup & maybe a Keurig. Nothing major. Will come again! Thank you! 😀

Beautiful

Our condo was very nice, cozy and clean. Love that you cross the street and your at the beach. Olny down fall was it rained to much during our stay and wasn't abnle to see the beautiful sunset. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Miramar beach

The view and location was great. However this unit is due for some major updating and cleaning. I’ve stayed in a good amount of properties and this one provided the bare minimum not to mention it’s in desperate need of a good cleaning and updating. The bunk bed mattress are probably from the 70’s and we had to double up to even be able to sleep on the bunk bed. No extra sheets, enough towels for maybe two days, dishes in the cabinets were dirty, broken bedroom door, a toilet that ran non stop, the included beach chairs and umbrella were so old and rusted we didn’t even attempt sitting on them. The patio was covered in sand and even had dirty bandaids left behind. The washer and dryer directly below unit labeled one and two do not work properly wouldn’t even waste your money. On check-in we contacted manager and let her know unit was dirty, toilet handle was sticking, and bedroom door was broken. They came and cleaned up the dirty bandaids on balcony swept floors and pretty much got a sorry bout your luck on the bedroom door and toilet. Four days into our stay the toilet ended up flooding the front half of the condo during the night while we slept all of our luggage and clothing were soaked. Reached out to manager her and her husband came had to get a plumber to make the repairs, she was very apologetic about all our stuff and the mess. Would I stay at this property again unfortunately NO!! Do your research I would never book a quote on quote newly purchased property with the thoughts it’s been redone like I did in this unit lesson learned.

The original toilet problem (sticky handle) was promptly fixed upon check-in. The plumbing issue four days later was caused by the guest flushing paper towels and also by the water valve in the back. We were notified at 9:18A of the plumbing issue by the guests in the unit below (flooding did not occur during the night) and it was addressed within an hour with a $400 emergency plumbing repair. In addition, our Property Manager provided the guests with a very generous gift card to use for brunch while they cleaned up (even washing all of their clothes for them). Likewise, the sand on the balcony was immediately addressed upon check-in (no dirty dishes or bandaids found). The guest stated that she owned her own cleaning business but struggled to identify any real issues. There were a total of 7 guests staying in the unit (please note that a maximum of 6 is allowed). We provided them with (9 ea.) bath towels, (9 ea.) hand towels, and (9 ea.) wash cloths at the beginning of their stay, then supplied an additional 27 towels three days in. There are 4 laundry rooms equipped with BRAND NEW credit card-operated laundry machines that service the complex. These are working fine. This particular condo is new to Vrbo but is established on other websites (where it has an average 4.8 rating). Please know that we take our guests satisfaction very seriously. Also rest assured that we’ve instructed our cleaning crew to provide additional deep cleaning for all our condos, after which our Property Manager meticulously inspects every unit. Each condo must pass a stringent twenty point check list before the next guest is allowed to check in. We strive for every guest to enjoy their visit to our Emerald Coast. It’s always 5 o’clock here!
