â This 4-bedroom, 3-bath home sleeps 11, featuring spacious balconies and a brand-new 6-seater Golf Cart/LSV for easy beach access. â

FIRST FLOOR
â Once you enter the home you will find a spacious living room for a large family or a group of friends to spread out and relax among the comfy furnishings. Next, you will find everything you will need for preparing a tasty meal in the fully equipped kitchen with an island area with seating for five. The 1st guest bedroom is located on the first floor with a queen bed and leads to the back porch with a BBQ grill and seating area. The guest bedroom connects to a shared bathroom.
SECOND FLOOR
â Head upstairs to the second floor, where the Master bedroom awaits you with its king-sized bed, Flat screen TV, and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the 2nd-floor landing, you will find a small coffee cart that features a Keurig for your morning coffee. The 2nd guest bedroom features a Queen bed, flat screen TV, and a door to the balcony overlooking the backyard. The 3rd guest bedroom is the bunk room that features a Full bed and Twin. The bunk room also has access to the large balcony where you can sit out and relax at the end of the day. The 2nd floor-shared bathroom offers a tub/shower combo.
Waking up to a freshly brewed cup of coffee before heading down to the beach for a stroll along the shores, you ll enjoy every morning at this lovely home. Spend those sunny days taking in the rays and laying back on the beach with your toes in the sand.

âWhile you could surely spend most of your time unwinding by the sandy shore, you ll also want to venture out to experience all the surrounding areas offer including restaurants and fabulous shopping. GUEST ACCESS
â You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owner s Closets). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is imperative that we get a good email address from you after booking.
STARTER KIT
â Our property has a Starter Kit to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.
Wi-Fi
â Our property provides a private Wi-Fi network. The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don t forget to log out when you leave.
PARKING
â Enjoy the convenience of driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles.
GOLF CART - LOW SPEED VEHICLE (LSV)
â As a special bonus, our generous homeowners have included their 6-seater golf cart/LSV with your stay (subject to availability), allowing you to explore the area and head to the beach effortlessly! The release of golf cart/LSV key information is contingent upon the return of the signed golf cart/LSV agreement. Drivers must be 25 years or older, presenting proof of ID and insurance. The golf cart/LSV accommodates a maximum of 6 guests at all times. This is the homeowners personal property, so we ask that you treat it with the utmost care and respect. Any damages incurred will be charged to your Credit Card. While we strive to ensure this extra amenity is always available, please understand that no refunds will be issued due to circumstances beyond our control, such as maintenance, breakdowns, or damage caused by previous guests. Please note that traveling along Highway 98 is prohibited. Child restraints and car seats are REQUIRED for all children traveling in low-speed vehicles. Please park only in authorized spaces. Renters will be responsible for any parking tickets, boot fees, or towing fees required to return the golf cart/LSV to 90 Snapper Street, SRB, FL.
BEACH SERVICE
â Bring your own beach chairs and equipment to relax on our Sugar Sand Beaches with breathtaking Emerald Waters! You don t want to travel with your beach equipment? No problem! You and your guests can rent chairs and umbrellas through Vacayzen who will deliver and do the set-up/break-down each day for you!
POOL
â Our home is intended as a peaceful retreat where you can relax! Thus, the rentable Golf Cart provides all of our guests a short drive to the beach to enjoy some time in our emerald blue Gulf Waters, as our home does not offer a private pool.
SECURITY
â In an effort to protect both our Homeowner and Guests, there is a Surveillance Camera Doorbell located on the front of the home. If you touch or tamper with the camera, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.
PETS
â Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host, we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.
BOOKING
â You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.
CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
â Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.
EARLY ARRIVALS
â We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn t an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe s in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.
KITCHEN
â Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.
SMOKING
â NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.
REFUNDS
â Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.
Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!

Shannon and I moved from St. Louis, MO to Destin, FL in the Summer of 2011. I have over 15 years in the Property Management field including Vacation Rentals, Multi-Family, and Senior Living. I am also a Realtor with The Beach Group Properties. Shannon is our âgo to guyâ and always goes above and beyond. He handles the majority of operations which includes Inspecting and Scheduling Turns, Owners Statements, Accounting, and helps to oversee our Housekeeping Department. You will find that we are passionate and very hands on. Not only are we available to our Homeowner's at all times, we are also available to our guest.
God has blessed us with our two children, Riley (20 y/o) and Jax (10 y/o). Our hearts and home are also filled with our fur babies! We support our local animal shelters and rescues. We are thankful for our cat (Mariposa) and our dogs (Rocky and Jubilee). We look forward to our Friday night movies at home with our children, fishing (although we aren't any good at it â haha), church, and of course, Sunday football. We are very family oriented and find that most of our homeowners become like family to us.
In the Spring of 2016, we expanded our business by hiring Debbie. She is my amazing mom! When it came time to hire someone, it only made sense to bring her on board! You honestly can't find a more caring, loyal and trustworthy person! Debbie handles all of our reservations and during the summer months, she helps with our inspections. If you ever want to hear a friendly voice and just be uplifted, give her a call!
We can't forget about the rest of our team! EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. on our team is important to our success. Our goal is to hire folks with passion, enthusiasm and a motivation to win! We want them to know that no detail is too small, and a happy guest is a repeat guest! There is nothing more rewarding than to receive a complement about how genuine and hard working we are!
