Luxurious High Mountain Contemporary Retreat in the Heart of Canyons Village.
Welcome to Juniper Landing, a newly built and professionally decorated 2,070 sq. ft. townhome offering flexible living for up to 12 guests and well-deserved luxury.

This entire two-story townhome is yours to enjoy. The modern kitchen features high-end appliances, perfect for preparing meals and entertaining. There is a large dining table to seat 8 -10 with 3 additional seats at the kitchen island. The cozy great room provides an inviting space to gather at the end of the day. Relax around the large gas fire and take in the latests sports or share a movie. The home features four large bedrooms. The master is adjacent to the living room, and has a king bed, gas fire, smart TV and large ensuite with double vanity, walk in shower, soaking tub and large closet. Upstairs, there are two further king bedrooms and two more bathrooms, as well as a bunk room to sleep 4 and a den for additional sleeping space, movies and kid-friendly activities.

The townhome showcases a modern contemporary look with clean, classic lines and impressive finishes, including beautiful flooring, countertops, and unique details. Open living spaces are ample for gathering family and friends. A large outdoor patio and generous windows give it a wonderful light and open feel. An added bonus is the private two-car garage with storage.
You will thoroughly enjoy the guest-exclusive central courtyard area, which features a 25-yard heated outdoor saltwater pool with a heated patio, a hot tub, a fire pit, and a fitness center complete with a sauna and changing rooms.

The condo is nestled into the side of the Canyons Resort, overlooking the beautiful new golf course, ensuring a peaceful stay undisturbed by traffic or road noise. The neighboring Waldorf Astoria features one of Park City's nicest beauty spas with excellent services and dining options right on your doorstep.

The condo is a three-minute walk from the Waldorf Gondola, which takes you straight to the heart of the Canyons Ski Village. You can also use the free Canyons Connect Shuttle to navigate the base area. From the Canyons Village, you have easy access to ski school, rentals, and the vast ski area offered by Park City. To reach the heart of Park City's Old Town or Deer Valley Resort, a quick ride on the express bus line (running every 5-10 minutes) will get you there in just a few minutes, allowing you to enjoy the best that Park City has to offer.

Check-in is simple and easy with keyless entry—go straight to the unit upon arrival in Park City and relax immediately. I am flexible on timing whenever possible, depending on other bookings. I live locally in Park City and am always available to answer questions, but I won't bother you if you prefer privacy. Benefit from my local knowledge with recommendations and potential discounts on various services you may need throughout your stay.

Last trip of the season

This property was great
 we had 6 adults and 5 children and felt we had plenty of space. We didn’t do much cooking but for what we did do we had everything we needed. The location was key for this property. It’s a very short walk to the Frostwood gondola which takes you to the base of canyons. Us non skiers used it all of the time as well. The kids also enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub after a long day of skiing . I would highly recommend this property and hope to be back next year

I stayed for 5 days with my three generational family to Ski.

This was the best rental I have ever stayed in. The location was a five minute walk to the gondola that takes you to Canyons Village, a 10 minute walk to the Canyons Transit Hub to bus to Old Town, and near to restaurants and stores. Yet it was on a quiet street with stunning mountain views. We did not rent a car, instead using a driver recommended by Susie to transport to and from the airport, and we never felt the need for a car. The townhouse was spotless, well-stocked and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the furniture lovely. Susie offered useful advice before we arrived on ski lessons and kitchen items so we were well-prepared. We definitely plan to return.

Multigeneration Family Ski Trip

In a word WOW! Stressfree from start to finish! Fantastic communication and quick responses. The property was in great condition and had everything we needed. Nicely decorated, ample seating for family meals, and comfy living area furniture. Very family friendly and no breakables to protect. Whew! The wide open view from main living area was beautiful, private, peaceful, and a great place to play.The "Waldorf Gondola" (forgot the name) is within easy walking distance which is a huge plus! We left our skis there during lunch breaks with no problem!We didn't use the pool facilitates but saw folks enjoying it. Maybe next time.Can't close without commenting on BEST MATTRESS EVER!!!!! We will be buying one for our home!In downstairs bbedroombedroomBEEVER!

Christmas Getaway

The property was perfect and extremely nice. Skied two days in Park City/ Canyons and two days in Deer Valley. The house is convenient for both. Short walk to lift at Canyons and 15 minute drive to Deer Valley. Cooked at home twice and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. Would definitely stay here again

We really loved this location in the Canyons. It is right across from the pool , hot tub. Easy walk to the Gondola to the base. The heated garage and basement was clutch and the place is very nice. Comfy beds. Great place

Amazing place!

We stayed here for Sundance. The location is perfect. Just a short walk to the waldorf gondola and easy access to the park city canyons ski resort. And an easy drive to both downtown park city and kimball junction. The shared outdoor hot tub and pool and indoor fitness center were great amenities too. Everything in the place is new and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Family Ski Vacation

This condo was perfect for our family ski vacation. The rooms were spacious and it felt more like home. It was the first year our grandkids joined us and the ski school was conveniently located.

family vacation

We have an active family with teen and single adult children. This condo allowed everyone to spread out and was super convenient to everything without being in the middle of crowded Park City. Susie was super helpful with any questions and provided great recommendations. The condo is even stocked with a first aid kit in the guest bath! We pre bought Epic Passes and made several dinner reservations in advance. The Canyons Connect shuttle is very convenient way to get to dinner in the Canyons Village; the High Valley on demand service tends to get booked up around evenings. We did rent cars and drove to Park City twice but parking in Park City is a headache. We rented from Aloha located in the Wyndham walking distance from the condo. We also had a great trip snowshoeing with All Seasons Adventures in the mountains. In down time we worked out in the fitness room and used the hot tub across the street. My daughters even used the sleds in the garage and sledded on the golf course. Highly recommend renting from Mountainside Treasures!

This condo at Juniper landing is top notch, in terms of the space, comfort, amenities, and management. It is big, new, well laid out, well stocked, with comfortable furnishings. Susie professionally manages the unit, is always available and helpful and on the ball. I stayed nearly two months and had a lovely time. Top recommendation.

Amazing Condo

This place was amazing and accommodating. The rooms were huge and the kitchen and bathrooms were really nice and clean. The location was also very close to the lift to the mountain and snowboarding and ski rental store. I am British born and bred and moved to the east coast US in 2005. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. As relative newcomers to Park City we are always exploring and constantly enjoying the discovery of new places and things to see and do.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This is newly built complex nestled into the edge of the mountains, surrounded by beautiful golf and wilderness views. The pool and health club facilities on site are fantastic amenities to have in the summer and winter alike. The house itself is a dream come true, and although having a private and rural feel, it is right in the center of the action and only 3 minutes walk to the Frostwood Gondola, so perfect for even the youngest in the family.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This townhome has been thoughtfully furnished to sleep up to 12, in 4 bedrooms and an adjoining den. 3 rooms have kingsize beds, and the fourth bedroom has 2 twin bunkbeds. There is a separate family area, or den, that enables kids to have privacy from the main floor entertaining area, and also acts as a further sleeping area, having a top of the range queen sleeper sofa.
Central air-conditionining is increasingly sough after in Park City during the summer months.
Being 3 minutes walk from the lift is a MASSIVE advantage that cannot be understated.
Private patio area is wonderful in the summer, with space to sit, entertain and grill!
