Perfection

We had a lovely stay. 6 adults and 3 children ages 2,4,& 11. Had everything we needed. Kids had a blast with the putting green, adults had a blast in hot tub. This house is beautiful and very comfortable.

The house is amazing and the pictures of the house are accurate.

The home felt like home. My guests and I walked to the stadium for the game (Cowboys game) and the walk was not bad. The 15 minute walk felt like 10 with all the football tailgating on the main road. You will not go wrong selecting this house.

Such an enjoyable place to stay!

This home was just perfect for our mix of family! Several adults, a teenager, two school age kids, and a 2 year old all found this home suitable and fun! Lots of fun activities for everyone, from the gameroom to the backyard activities, we all enjoyed staying there. We attended a concert at very nearby ATT Stadium, went to a nearby park, and utilized food establishments close by. Loved this place and would definitely book another stay! The owner was very attentive and responded quickly to my questions. Thank you to the hosts for opening this home for our family to stay!

Beautiful home with many comforts very close to AT&T stadium

Our stay was fantastic, The property is literally the best VRBO i've stayed in. First, its practically brand new and built as a home but used as an investment rental. Beds, linens are like a high end hotel. Putting green, pool table, hot tub (too hot to use) are awesome features. Ken was available and easy to communicate with.

Perfect!

Our family of 11 had a wonderful time visiting Dallas. The house was perfect and met all of our needs. The location was great. The setup of the house (and back yard) made it easy for us all to be together at the same time without feeling crowded but it’s layout was also convenient for each family to have a place to retreat. The putting green and hot tub were awesome extras. The whole family enjoyed both. The owners had the house stocked with everything we needed. They thought of everything! The entire family, ages 5-72, were extremely impressed and pleased with all aspects of property. DEFINITELY 5 STARS

Beautiful new home! Great location!

Stayed in this beautiful house for the weekend and Cowboys game. Although the Cowboys disappointed, this home did not! Excellent communication with owner on every aspect. House is better than pictured. Everything was nice, clean and comfortable! Lots of towels, cooking appliances, and anything else for home away from home. Wonderful backyard with view of AT&T stadium. Walked to and from game with no problems. Easy access to highway to go shopping and back to airport. Every restaurant you could possibly want within blocks. Just can’t say enough good about this place. Highly recommend, and will be booking again!

This home is the nicest rental we have ever stayed in. The photos and description in the listing were accurate, and the house was very comfortable. We opted to stay an extra night so we could enjoy it longer. There was a problem with the internet during our stay, but the owner, Ken, handled the situation quickly. We will definitely return to this property in the future, and highly recommend it to others.

Our family of 7 stayed at the home 4 nights! It was well stocked, comfortable and clean. Ken & Trudy were wonderful hosts. We loved the little touches like the coffee creamer and other condiments as well as the selection of spices in the kitchen. The make-up towels in the bathrooms were a touch of class! Thank you. If our travels bring us back to Arlington, we will reach out once more.

What a wonderful surprise to find this hidden gem so close to Globe Life and the AT&T stadiums. This spacious house accommodates up to 12 people with 5 spacious bedrooms and 4 full baths. The excellent floor plan and decor is beautifully designed which makes you feel like your home. Loved the game room upstairs and the patio area in the back with a big putting area to play. The neighbor hood is quiet and safe. Our host, Ken, quickly responded to our text message and came over in minutes to help us with gas stove. We really enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend you staying here or at one of the other properties. You’ll be glad you did. We will definitely be renting again in the future. Thank you for your gracious hospitality and kindness.

Spacious and centrally located

My daughter’s swim team was competing at the Arlington ISD athletic center 5 minutes away from this house which made it a perfect home base for her team. Ken was very communicative when I reached out for clarification. While there could be more pots and pans in the kitchen, everyone raved about the comfort of the beds and how great the living spaces worked for our group of 10.

The house was perfect for us to walk to the football game. I made a slight mistake with the dates and the host was as helpful as possible and easy to communicate with. The home layout is amazing and we would definitely stay there again if we visit Arlington.

Perfect house!

8 of us stayed here while traveling for the Morgan Wallen concert. The house is conveniently located to the stadium and within walking distance. The house was perfect for our group! There is more than enough room to hang out. It was so nice and clean and had anything and everything we could need!! If you’re looking for a nice clean, beautiful home, I highly recommend staying here.

Quality home with nice ambience

Perfect for gathering with family and friends! Great furniture/layout. Details and upgrades in each room. The kids had a blast in the bonus room - movies, billiards and karaoke. The adults enjoyed spacious outdoor area and open kitchen/dining area. Loved the attention to details (coffee bar) and other small amenities. The property manager was a delight to w have with also.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Ken retired in 2020 from his 30 year career as a the owner of a successful photography business right across the street from our rental homes.
After the arrival of AT&T Stadium, Ken started looking to the future and the endless possibilities of being located in the Arlington Entertainment District. Over the course of the next few years Ken began buying vacant lots on The Road to Six Flags with the intent of somehow using the properties create urban renewal in Arlington.
Arlington conveniently sits in the middle of Dallas and Fort Worth and is also the home of the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers. As if housing two major league sports teams isn't enough, Arlington has so much more to offer! Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, Texas Live, great restaurants, shopping. Downtown Arlington is a short drive away from our homes. There you can stroll the streets and dine at some great local restaurants, have a good cup of coffee at one of the local coffee shops, or grab a beer at our local breweries.
Arlington is a great city and we are proud to call it home.

Our large open concept floor plan provides enough room for your entire group to enjoy. You won't feel left out of the conversation if you are in the kitchen cooking while others are sitting in the living room. It's literally an all inclusive space!

However, all inclusive doesn't mean you have to be together all of the time. You can step away from the group and relax in one of our five bedrooms. You'll definitely enjoy a peaceful night's sleep with our comfortable bedding.

We provided putting greens and hot tub, along with a themed game room because we believe family/group activities are always a fun time.
