Occasionally we have to rely on 3rd party vendors to handle appliance issues and sometimes it takes them a few days to get the parts to make the necessary repairs such as the dyer and the back door. I apologize the resolution to your issue took longer than expected but I am glad it was taken care of for you.. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding! We are sorry to hear about your experience but appreciate the feedback and opportunity to improve the unit. 1. Blinds in front is in the process of being replaced. 2. Freezer have been defrosted and ice build up removed 3. This being a property close to the beach tends to attract a fair amount of the emerald coast fine white sand. We have discussed this with our management company and they are looking into a new cleaning process to address any residual sand. 4. AC in master bedroom have been serviced. Thermostat on second floor have been replaced and wireless sensor have been added in master bedroom. 5. Jacuzzi in master bath have been inspected by maintenance and is operating normally 6. Keurig machine have been inspected and no issues recorded. We suspect that certain k-cup brands is causing an issue. If you encounter this issue we propose you try a different brand or use the regular coffee maker. 7. As a courtesy common consumables (paper towels, toilet paper, soap, detergent, trash bags, etc..) are provided to get the the rental started. This is not intended to last the full rental period. Restocking items can be found approximately 0.9 miles down the street at Winn-Dixie. 8. Spices and any food items are disposed off after each rental due to liability issues. 9. We apologize for this inconvenience, your safety and health is our priority.

We sincerely apologize for overlooking your email in regards to the beach access code. Rest assured the code has since been added to our guest app and would like to thank you for bringing this to our attention. As we strive to do better we would like for you to know that this is not how we normally conduct customer service and should have responded and taken care of your needs in a timely manner as we normally do.
