The second bedroom of 37 m² awaits you with its balcony and a magnificent view accompanied by its shower, WC and dressing room, and television.
The third bedroom of 25 m² with television awaits you with its balcony, its shower and WC and its large storage spaces.

Regarding global warming, Phuket has been proactive for years in raising awareness. To prevent guests from leaving air conditioners running for hours while away (beaches, nights out), you will have a meter reading with us for electricity (7 THB per kWh) and water (45 THB per m³). These will be the responsibility of the tenants during their stay, in order to raise awareness among all guests about living together harmoniously. Rest assured, the cost is very reasonable in Thailand. A security deposit of €750 will be required upon arrival for any potential damage. Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer. Q: Is there any construction near the villa?
A: Yes — there is construction in front of the property, but it is not visible from the villa. Depending on the day, any disturbance may be light or occasionally a little more noticeable, but it remains limited.

Q: Will this affect my stay?
A: We have already factored this into the price. You are currently enjoying a 30% discount on the usual rate — and if you book at least two months in advance, the discount increases to 50%.

Q: What about comfort?
A: It remains intact. You still enjoy your private pool, your jacuzzi for moments of absolute relaxation, and the calm of our lush tropical garden.

Q: Will I keep my peace and privacy?
