Overlook the surf and sand from this second floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront condo! Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this resort condominium boasts a convenient one-level layout with a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the primary suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 2 TVs (including 40' flat-screen in living room), DVD, Wifi. Notes: This Sea Colony vacation rental is on the second floor and accessible by stairs only. The garden apartment building does not feature an elevator. Fireplace is not available for guest use.

Great place

My wife and I have been coming to Sea Colony for decades. We love it here. This was our first time staying in one of the two floor buildings. This unit seemed just to have been renovated. It was beautiful. We loved staying here. The oven seemed relatively new and did not work. The sent two different appliance repairmen out but neither could get it to work. Not having an oven was not good. We had to take food back home. But they gave us a credit which should have happened and did. Aside from that…. no other complaints. We loved the place and our stay.

Needs better beds!!

Great renovation but the beds in the spare room were very old and we could not comfortably sleep on them. No point in this beautiful condo if no one can sleep.

Great Unit but poor management

The unit is beautifully renovated and has a great ocean view. The high ceilings in the living room makes the unit feel even more spacious than other 2 bedroom units we have rented at Sea Colony in the past. However, there were some issues we experienced which Vacasa did not resolve or address. We paid for the linen service and The towels we received were dirty before we even used them and Vacasa told me I could clean them myself using the laundry machine in the unit. The laundry machine in the unit was broken then entire time we were there. Also, the unit was dirty and was not cleaned very well by the cleaning service. The refrigerator had a very strong smell of ammonia which I tried very hard to clean to get rid of the smell. There was sand all over and obvious cob webs and dust bunnies in all the corners. (This seems to be typical for Vacasa managed units as their cleaning service does bare minimum even though they charge a cleaning fee.) Overall, this is a very nice unit but poorly managed by Vacasa.

Perfect beachfront location

Incredible views and unmatched access to the beach. Newly renovated - feels nice and new inside. Nice to have the pools and other amenities available too. The AC had a little trouble keeping up with the outside heat on warmer days, but this didn’t really take away from our stay. Sea Colony provides floor fans too that helped make it more comfortable. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
