Welcome to your newly remodeled vacation home in Hilton Head Island's Palmetto Dunes community. This beautiful end-unit villa offers stunning views of the Fazio Golf Course's seventh fairway and the serene lagoon. With its two-story layout and exceptional amenities, this villa is the perfect choice for a memorable stay on the island.

As you step inside, you'll immediately notice the tastefully updated interior. The all-new kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the necessary culinary equipment to prepare delicious meals. The furniture throughout the villa is new and exudes comfort and style. The living room provides a cozy space to relax, featuring a queen pullout memory foam sofa bed, a 50-inch LCD TV with Blu-ray, and a Samsung sound system. The second floor is dedicated to the luxurious master suite, which offers breathtaking views, two queen beds, a 50-inch flat-screen TV, a dresser, and a walk-in closet. Enjoy waking up to the serene surroundings and start your day on a tranquil note. The first floor bedroom is equally inviting, with a queen bed and a full-size bed, a large flat-screen TV, and a dresser. All beds are equipped with new 'Marriott' mattresses to ensure your utmost comfort. The bathrooms have been updated with high-end fixtures, and an HE washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. All linens, including extra pillows and blankets, are provided, and you'll find a selection of board games for added entertainment.

Just a short one-minute walk from the villa, you'll discover the saltwater pool, complete with a baby pool and a sundeck overlooking the lagoon. Fishing enthusiasts will appreciate the opportunity to fish right from the dock, and there is even kayak access to the 11-mile lagoon system. Adjacent to the pool, you'll find three private Har-Tru tennis courts, exclusive to the Inverness property, and easily reservable for your enjoyment.

Nice condo

Everything was great about the condo. It was tucked away in a far corner of Palmetto Dunes, meaning that it was quiet, but also a long distance from the main road (US 278).

Awesome vacation experience!

Great accommodations ! Home is tastefully decorated with generous living space. There is a great view of the golf course in this end unit tucked away between ponds & live oaks. All this next to new tennis courts , pool & close beach access make this spectacular!

Great location

Great location, beautiful view off deck, and lovely amenities. Short bike ride to beach with nice restaurant and bathrooms at the beach. The house could use some furniture updates, minor house updates and paint but otherwise fine overall. Calling the management was more responsive than texting through vrbo chat. Took a day for a response through chat. We enjoyed our stay!

Nice, updated home. Small kitchen so if a larger one is needed this isn’t the place for you. Bedrooms have a lot of space.

Great Vacation Spot!

This was our first time visiting Hilton Head Island and we made a great choice of where to stay. The unit was clean, had everything we needed and was very convenient to the tennis courts and pool. The fact that this is an end unit at the edge of the property made for a nice quiet location. We enjoyed watching the golfers from the deck while drinking our morning coffee. The property manager was very helpful and answered all our questions. So glad we rented bicycles...we rode them almost every day to the beach. The only negative was the resurfacing of the tennis courts they did every morning at 7am as it was pretty noisy. Fortunately it didn't take them very long. I would definitely rent this place again.

Great House and Location

Everything was perfect with the house except the floors and sheets did not appear to be cleaned once we arrived. It wasn't enough to deter our impression of the house though. It was the perfect size and in the best location for tennis, swimming and the beach. We also had an issue with the AC upon arrival that never seemed to cool the entire week, but again didn't deter us from loving the house. Would we stay again? Of course. The issues we had most def could be explained and fixed if we escalated them but we just handled them.

Spring Break

We love Hilton Head and our accommodations were nice other than the kitchen was small and there was very little space for supplies. The pool was not open contrary to all prior communication. The property manager was very responsive to our questions but her hands seemed to be tied by lack of communication from what she termed as the “regime” which I can only presume was the HOA. Other pools were open in the area and we were offered an alternative at a nearby hotel but it was so expensive that we could not take advantage of this option.

Golf course view is one of the best in Inverness.

The property has a picturesque view of the Fazio golf course. The property is very nice, with a well-stocked kitchen and furniture and decor that are current and stylish. It has an excellent 60-inch smart TV and Samsung sound system, as well as the best electronics we've seen after staying at various villas around Palmetto Dunes. However, we had significant problems with the A/C system throughout our stay; the A/C system is too small for the two-story villa and so the cooling was uneven and often inadequate. On our last day there, the A/C unit broke down completely, and while it was eventually repaired, the system was too weak to completely cool the villa until the next morning! It was miserably hot in the villa, especially upstairs, where the temperature reached 90 degrees. Also, the sink and vanity in the master bathroom are actually completely different than those shown in the picture on the VRBO website; the picture shows two sinks with faucets, but we found a different vanity and countertop that contained only one working sink, without a faucet! The faucet for that sink was in a bag in the vanity! When we arrived, we found the cleaning of the villa to be subpar. It was very dusty, especially in the downstairs bedroom, the floor in the living room and dining room had dirt, dust and sand on it, and the mirror in the downstairs bathroom had toothpaste splatter on it. The blinds in the master bedroom and bathroom were very dusty and had thick cobwebs throughout. The property manager responded promptly and sent over a house cleaner, who was appalled at the dirt that she encountered. The uncleanliness of the villa was especially concerning to us given that we were there during the COVID-19 pandemic! In all, the villa is a nice property, but not one that we would label as being "luxury.'

Well maintained and easy

Well maintained property perfect for the week. On the golf course. Close to (small but adequate) community pool. Quiet area (except when mowing is occurring on golf course). Decent bike ride from general store, beach, and shelters cove but manageable on bikes. Property management company was fabulous and readily available for all of our questions as first timers to the island. Definitely rent bikes if you stay (property managers coordinated rentals and had them delivered to our door before arrival and picked up when we left for no hassles!). Saw a few alligators and lots of turtles. Loved having 4 queen sized beds for our family of four (which includes two teenagers!). Nice TVs in each bedroom and living room. Adequate kitchen for quick meals and loved having a washer and dryer to use. Would recommend to others.
