Boasting an easy one-level layout, this resort retreat features a living and dining area, a full hallway bathroom, and two bedrooms, including the primary suite. Just steps to Sea Colony's half-mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this resort condominium features a well-equipped kitchen, including a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a complete complement of utensils and cookware. Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer, and more. Three TVs, three Blu-rays, and WiFi are also provided.

Beautiful of the beach and ocean. Lovely layout of the condo. Beds and bedrooms are comfortable. Would recommend some improvement with the cleaning and updating some of the cookware.

Beautiful views

The apartment was nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had all new appliances. There was not a drip coffee machine which was disappointing though. The porch was oceanfront and the views and sunrises were amazing. The porch furniture was very nice and very comfortable to sit and relax and listen to the ocean.

This was our first visit to Bethany Beach and the Sea Colony! Our stay was amazing. The condo had everything we needed. The entire unit was up to date. The kitchen was a full functioning kitchen and the washer and dryer were such an asset! The property was beautiful. I felt like the property was secure and monitored every day. The cleanliness was amazing. I would definitely come back and only want to stay in this unit!!

Condo updated but property experience unpleasant

Beware if you book any time from mid-Sept to mid-May. You are likely to have scaffolding equipment marring your oceanfront view, workers on your balcony, as well as loud construction work beginning at 8am each morning. Vacasa doesn’t tell you about maintenance work until after booking. Won’t be a repeat customer.

"There is construction in the building through mid-May 2024. There will be noise, but the vacation rental will be accessible at all times. Beautiful home!

Beautiful home! Beds were super comfy, kitchen well stocked,& great view! Our family had a great time. Everything had recently been updated except the patio furniture. Upon arrival we had trouble finding our parking spot, said it was under the building, which it was not. That was a little aggravating driving around for 20 mins until we finally asked someone and they said the description was wrong and the spot was in front of the building outside. Overall this home is beautiful and has everything your family needs for a great vacation.

Nice condo, we’ll stocked. Recently painted and remodeled. When the front bedroom was repainted no one put the shutters on the window back up so we went the entire time with no covering on the window there. Allowing light in and potentially someone to peer in. Although reported to VACASA it never to anyone action to correct the problem despite saying they would keep us updated. Also, the screen in sliding glass door is torn. Would have been nice to have a small table on the porch to eat outside. There is a very small table but too small to really eat on it. A pasta or salad strainer is needed. The cleaning of the unit was just ok; you could find spots of sand and dirt especially behind furniture. No one had cleaned the shower doors. Finally, it appears the inside of the door to the furnace which has the cold air return needs a filter. The grate was very dusty and it always a filter should be behind it.

Labor Day 2021

While the unit was just renovated, it seems they hadn’t quite finished the job prior to our arrival as there were post it notes all over the walls indicating where artwork/items should be hung or things fixed, plastic on the lampshades (with no light bulbs), a large green is inspection sticker stuck on the middle of the glass doors leading to the oceanfront balcony, etc. Likewise, not everything you would expect in the way of in unit supplies was there (laundry soap, e.g.). The listing did not suggest the unit was not fully finished. Aside from this, the unit was great - very smartly designed and convenient for enjoying the sea colony, Bethany, Rehoboth, etc. We enjoyed our stay.
