Great stay for a quick trip to tour UK with our son. Nice neighborhood and less than 15 minutes to campus. Seth is a great host, very communicative. Property had everything we needed.

House was well kept and hosts were right there for any problems or requests. Bathrooms definitely need safety hand rails for bathtub and showers. Also need towel racks in bathrooms. Have stayed here five times and if Barry Manilow comes back will stay here again.

I booked the house for six adults and two 12 year old girls to visit the Horse Farms and Keeneland Race Track! The location was very convenient for Keeneland and the Bourbon Trail! The beds were very comfortable and there was a lot of space for people to sit both upstairs and downstairs! Most importantly, the house was CLEAN and it was well stocked if you would decide to eat in. Also, loved that there was no carpet as many times no matter how much it is cleaned, carpet is just not clean! Seth was a great host and checked in with me periodically to see if we needed anything!

The home was in a great neighborhood. Lots of shopping and food near by. The home was very clean and spacious. My family of 8 really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back in the summer to visit the beautiful horse stables.

This property has wonderful areas for dining,visiting, playing games and/or watching movies. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The 3 bathrooms were a plus that you don’t find in many rentals and all the rooms were very nicely furnished and decorated. Our host was responsive to our needs.
