It was cozy and clean with a fantastic location. Vinny, the owner, was fantastic. He makes a fabulous latte, too!! Bicycles and all the beach necessities were provided; everything was great.

Last minute Weekend at the Beach

Went down to Pensacola Beach for a quick weekend adventure. Shows a spot and it was all that was advertised. Just around the corner from the beach had all the things to take to the beach, lawn chairs canopy, and even a cooler the owner lived upstairs, and I didn’t even know he was there Pleasant I’ll definitely do it again

Great location and very quiet!! The only issue was the drinks/food were almost all out of date. The coffee pot was dirty. Part of the advertisement stated some goodies were included.

Cris was very easy-going and followed all the rules and was a great guest. Most of the stuff that was in the cabinets were brought by other guests and I just updated my checklist for my housekeeper to check stuff that’s left behind. Sometimes it’s better to just throw it away, then to keep it there for other people obviously for the reason of how long it might be there, not sure how the coffee pot got missed but I definitely a rare over site by my house keeper.

Very clean, small, time for a new mattress

The place overall was great, and clean. Property manager checked in to make sure we were doing well and if the temperature was comfortable as well. The only downside is that the mattress on the bed needs to be replaced. It has a huge dip in the middle, and if you’re sharing the bed with someone, you’re rolling on top of them all night because it’s almost impossible to roll away because of the dip. If you have any back trouble, you’ll need to see your chiropractor after your stay.

Affordable, good for short stay

Vinny was a great host, and quick to respond to anything we needed. The place is small, and best for short stays. Perfect for my fiancé and me for a few days. The picture of the bikes in the listing should probably be taken down, because only one out of the three bikes works. This place is already more affordable than any other place listed without the bikes, but seeing that picture was the deciding factor for choosing Vinny’s spot. We ended up using Lyft to get anywhere other than the beach across the street.

Yes the bikes were hanging up but was not in the listing because I knew they weren’t in perfect shape but I will be adding two new bikes to the listing and will have them there on a regular basis thank you for the feedback hope you guys come back and stay with us again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! ☀️The accommodations were just as described. 🚿Highlight was our amazing, cute and fun host Vinny. 😍His knowledge of the local spots were killer dude 🤙🏽He made us feel right at home, almost like a cousin would. 🕺🏻The sunrise walk to the beach was top tier, I mean forget about it! 🌅 10/10 we recommend for anyone trying to have a good time and make a new friend. 👊🏼

Perfect for two! Loved the kitchenette that include a 2 burner hot plate... we had the opportunity to prepare fresh fish! Surprised by the separate TV room! Mattress (although owner says is new) sinks to the middle. Saving grace was the couch in the tv.

This property offered everything needed for a great stay at Pensacola Beach. Host was warm and welcoming and went above and beyond to be sure I was accommodated. Very private, clean & comfortable. Location is only short walk over to the beach and host provides all your needed beach accessories. I high recommend this place and will be visiting again.

Great Stay at an Awesome Place!

We were in Pensacola for a short business trip and Vinny's place was perfect in every way. I like things clean and shiny and I am a little bit of a germ phobic and I can tell you that Vinny's place was immaculate and the place sparkled! We loved all the cute welcoming touches with the welcome basket full of niceties that awaited us after traveling across the country for 8 hours from California. It was so nice to touch down at Vinny's place and instantly felt so at home and comfortable. The location is fabulous. Beach was so close! We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy Pensacola Beach. And Vinny is an awesome host! - KG

I always on the go for work I am a Full time Florida Real Estate Agent, but make it a priority to make each stay customized for our guests.
