"New Prestigious Townhome, 1 of 4" Close to the Gulch, Mid-town and Downtown Nashville. This 3 LEVEL ROOFTOP townhome is spacious and has plenty of room for large groups. The home features 3 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, and a 3rd level entertainment room. The ROOFTOP has a hot tub perfect to relax and/or mingle as you view the city lights of Downtown Nashville. The enclosed outdoor common area has an available firepit and two gas grills.
4 Side by Side Luxury Styled Townhomes in their on secluded community. *Private garages for off street parking. Two fully equipped, kitchens, 2nd and 3rd level. Washer and Dryer available on the 1st and 3rd level of the townhome. 2nd Level Kitchen/Living Room has 70" HDTV, Master 60" HDTV, *1st level bedroom 65" HDTV and 3rd level Entertainment Room 65" HDTV.

Guest have the ability to use the enclosed common areas of the property, which includes a fire-pit and two gas grills.
Guest are emailed an access code to use during the duration of their stay. That access code is emailed within 24/48 hours of the scheduled reservation.
Our location is a quick Uber/Lyft ride to Midtown, The Gulch, Downtown Nashville.

Exactly what we hoped for!

The property was perfect for the 4 of us couples! the space was clean and very modern/updated! Everyone had their own space and bathroom, so it was very comfortable for all. Would highly recommend and would stay here again when back in town!

Home is nice and fit our group well. Unfortunately the fire at Smurfit down the block, cause distractions all night, for 2 nights. Lights, talking in the street outside our window, etc. Could have used more towels and wish the 2nd bedroom had a closet. Overall though, it was good.

Great spot for multiple couples

This is a great location. Short Uber to downtown, central to shopping and places to eat. Love the set up of having two living rooms and two kitchens if you are traveling with multiple couples. Gave us a central place to hang out but privacy on different floors. It was lovely! Highly recommend, and love the additional security of the gate and guard overnight.

Fun house with great decor!

We had a nice stay at this property during our time in Nashville. The owner was easy to communicate with and the house was fun with great decor. Plan to Uber everywhere from this property but they were all short rides.

Excellent place to stay

This home was beautiful and clean and close enough to downtown to take a short Uber ride. We had six adults age 50 plus and there was plenty of room for us to hang out. We especially enjoyed the rooftop hot tub at night to relax before bed. Would definitely recommend. Only mishap was that VRBO sent us a notification to check in but it was before the appointed time. Tried to reach the contact person but he did not answer our phone call or message on the app. We were able to get in at the 4:00 check-in time but could not get in early. That was fine with us but we were just a little confused by the notification.

Fun rental for a group

This was a great rental property for 6 adults (3 couples). There was one bedroom on the main floor and the other 2 were on the. 2nd level. The rooms were very nice and each one had its own bathroom, plus an extra powder room on the main floor. There were 2 kitchens/living areas. The decor was fun and the rooftop hot tub was a cool feature. There was an issue with the door lock upon arrival but maintenance showed up very quickly and took care of the problem. The neighborhood was interesting/isolated but it was just a short Uber to Broadway and the Gulch and we had no issues getting a ride quickly. Would recommend!

Super fun birthday trip

The house was perfect for what we needed. We had 3 adult couples and there was plenty of space. The neighborhood was okay… wasn’t that far from all the attractions but wished we could have walked to more places. We had to get an Uber every time. Loved the rooftop with the hot tub! Great place for a weekend getaway!

Nice place to rent

There were four adults that stayed here. All the utensils you need are available. Place was very clean. Easy access to downtown from our Lyft vehicle. Only minor thing We’d recommend is for the outdoor grill have a scrub brush next to it so the person grilling can clean it afterwards. We enjoyed the stay.

THIS SUCKS!!! Horrible service from owner

first, the place is in a horrible neighborhood. The painter who was there said DO NOT WALK AROUND. Hot-tub broken. propane tank had a leak. NO wine opened or beer opener. Will never stay there again. Sat outside trying to get in at 3pm and doors did not work. alarm system beeping all night which killed my sleep..

Perry, you have given no information as to why you feel the neighborhood is “bad”. Compared to the other reviews written by other guests, several of your statements are off par from what we clearly offer as a super host stated by previous guests. Secondly, my painter never said that statement and he was offended that you would lie especially considering I was on the phone with him the entire 6 min it to me to arrive back at your unit. Some of your party had trouble getting in because all the detailed instructions are sent to the guest who booked the reservation, check in instructions were never sent from your end to others in your party arriving at a different times before you. Nonetheless, we assisted your party to get into the unit at 3:08, which is only eight minutes after check in time which isn’t bad considering they didn’t even know which unit was booked. The hot tub was not broken, it was in sleep mode and when you expressed it wasn’t heating above 80 degrees we called you several times through phone on file, VRBO email, and messaging that we have record of, but no reply for us to change the simple setting or to instruct you how. None of the other concerns were never mentioned to us as we received no communication from your party after several attempts to get in contact with you. Not to mention, upon your departure we noticed opened mail with our name on it scattered on the floor and our alarm system RIPPED off the wall in addition leaving all the windows open with blinds & cure pulled up on a rainy day. Had you answered to any communication from our end, we would have been happy to assist your party without any hesitation. We pride ourselves on providing a great stay for our guests, so it is very unfortunate that you did not allow us to do the same for your party.

Home Away from home

We stayed here with my girlfriends celebrating a bachelorette party. The home is beautiful! Very spacious, clean and fulfilled our needs. Its also in a great location only 10 min away from downtown. We appreciated the extra security patrol at night around the property. While we did have a check in hiccup with the transportation service we rented through the VRBO the host personally came to apologize and found ways to compensate us for the terrible experience. Either than that hiccup it was a great stay

Gorgeous Home and Nice Host!

We absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous home. I really appreciated the shampoo and conditioner in all of the showers, the laundry tabs, ect. It was a well stocked house! The hott tub was also awesome.
