Items Left Behind:
There will be a $50 shipping and handling fee per item for any item left behind that you wish to be returned. We will provide a tracking number within 3 days of receipt of the fee.

All guests must sign a Rental Agreement after booking. You will be sent a link to click and sign.

- We are readily available via the VRBO app or email Monday-Saturday 9 am-6 pm and will respond quickly during business hours!
- Rates are subject to change until management confirms your reservation.
- All guests must be 18+ unless accompanied by a guardian.
- No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM EST on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
- Pets are not allowed. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet.
- If you bring more humans than reflected on your reservation you will automatically be charged $100 per human.
- Maintenance is not available during your stay unless it's an emergency. If something is broken it's because the previous guest didn't tell us. If you see something, say something.
- No smoking of any kind. $100 fine.
- No fires of any kind including candles. $100 fine.
- Quiet-time is after 9:30 pm. If you are a night owl this property is not for you.
- By confirming your reservation all parties hereby agree to adhere to the attached Rental Agreement.
- Unfortunately, we can not offer early check-in or late check-out. Thanks for looking!
- Electric fireplace is in service October 1 - April 1
- Grill is charcoal. BYO charcoal.
