âą We welcome responsible, respectful guests who value our homes as much as we do. All reservations are subject to our standard screening and verification process to ensure the best experience for both guests and homeowners.
âą Pool heat is an optional add-on charge and must be applied for the duration of the reservation. Hot tub heat is included with the reservation.
âą A signed rental agreement is required to book this home
âą NOâŻbachelor parties, weddings, or other eventsâŻare allowed
âą Standard occupancy is limited to 10 guests - each additional guest up to maximum occupancy of 12 guests is $150 more per person per night
âą Exceeding maximum occupancy without prior approval will result in an additional $250 per person per night
âą No loud noise after 9 pm. Violation could result in removal without refund.
âą A valid credit cardâŻisâŻrequired for all incidentals
âą Cancellation of a reservation will result in a loss of all rents paid
âą Reservations areâŻnon-refundable
After you book,âŻyouâŻwill send us your personal email address soâŻweâŻcan send you our rental agreement. We will collect a credit card and ID to place on file.âŻIn order forâŻus to verify your identity, we must collect a CC (as we do not charge a security deposit). You are agreeing to submitâŻALL ofâŻthis informationâŻto us after you book. Also, the agreement must be signed within 24 hoursâŻof booking.
For stays of 30 nights or more, we require a refundable deposit and a signed Long-Term Addendum.
