This oceanfront location and world-class amenities make this one of the most popular vacation resorts in the region. Come Stay at the best kept secret on the Island.

The condo is a few steps to the Seapointe's private Diamond beach and has great views from the balcony. Guests have loved the condo for the location, cleanliness and our sincerity. Our reviews tell the story!

This is a 1 Bed unit with a large living room. The Bedroom has a large queen bed and a couch that is converted into a queen bed sleeper. Bedroom has an attached full bath.
The living room has a L-shaped couch that is convertible into a queen size bed; two kids can sleep comfortably on it. Living room and bedroom has access to a balcony. Balcony is very airy, the beach being very close, and with a view of the ocean from the side; a great place to have a nice morning breakfast.

The building has three elevators and this building exit is closest to the beach, just a few steps into the gate leading to the beach sand. From the first floor exit, you can directly access the rainbow pool, which is a big family outdoor pool. Additionally, the community has indoor pool, Gym, tennis and basket ball courts. During summers, the community places many barbecue grills outside that guests can use.

Kitchen is fully equipped, you only need to bring groceries or, shops like ACME and Walmart are not very far away, if you plan to shop. We keep the unit very clean and disinfected.

The community has indoor and outdoor pools, basketball , tennis courts and fitness center.

Check-in / Check-out is contactless.

7-day minimum stay required during peak season. Please message us for any additional requests.

Upon booking a standard short-term rental agreement will be sent for guest signatures. We will need guest names, proof like Driver's license and complete address.

Kids less than 18yrs. age must be accompanied by an adult. Only 4 guests.

Occupancy is limited to guests on this contract only. No outside guests allowed at any time even for short visits, day or overnight. Additional guests are charged at $400/night, if found.

The condo and entire property are absolutely lovely. With its access to the beach, pools and easy walkability, you cannot go wrong. We were able to enjoy all the amenities of Seapointe Village and Diamond Beach plus were in walking distance to restaurants and a mini golf/bike rental/ice cream stand. With gorgeous landscaping and ocean views, we felt like we were at a 5 star resort. Don’t hesitate to rent this condo…it was wonderful. Owner provided ample communication and information prior to check-in and the unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Building is extremely well care for with convenient access to elevators and parking and any staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. This was a super find and we’ll stay again!

Spacious, comfortable, and clean

This condo is a very spacious 1BD. The futon was perfect for our small children. Bed was very comfortable. Couch was cozy. High quality carpeting. The unit was clean and well equiped. The complex itself is incredible. Resort style feel. Kids could choose which of the 4 pools to try. They loved "night swimming" in the indoor/outdoor pool which is open until 10pm. Firepits, waterfalls, grills throughout. The beach and the largest pool is in close proximity to the unit. Checkin was seemless. Received an email with detailed instructions

Perfect Beach Location

The apartment was perfect for our family. The beach is a close walk away. And Seapointe Village is amazing. Our kids loved the multiple pools, basketball court and playground. We also loved how Diamond Beach is so close to both the Wildwood and Cape May attractions.

Perfect getaway

The condo is nicely located in Seapointe Village just steps away from the beach. The condo was clean and had plenty of space. Leju is a great host. Very attentive and the unit had everything you needed for your stay. We look forward to staying there again.

We have been coming to seapointe for 30 years. It’s an absolute gem of a spot.and this room was a great find! In the closest building to the beach and was perfect for our family. Hope to book again next year when we return !

Property was nicely decorated and very clean. It had everything you would need. Owner was very accommodating and quick to get back to you. Nice size rooms and big balcony. Five stars on all fronts!

Great location with wonderful amenities

Our family had a wonderful trip and love this complex. Check-in was simple and the apartment was well equipped with a beautiful view of the beach. We felt very safe in the secured complex and it was easy to get in and out with our car. The beach was beautiful and our kids LOVED all of the pools and the kids playground. We loved the location in Diamond Beach away from the busier boardwalk area, but it was still a very quick drive up the the boardwalk and over to Cape May. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. The main bedroom is large and never felt too crowded even with the roll away bed open. Having small kids this complex was perfect because had lots of options outside of just the beach - will definitely be coming back!

Nice location and wellfurnished for a small family

Overall great but the front door's locking mechanism either is not aligned properly or had a peculiar way of locking it. I am told that the lock will be changed, so hopefully that won't be a problem anymore. The outlets need to be updated because whatever is plugged isn't secure in the outlet's hold.

Great Stay

Had a lovely time in this unit at Seapointe Village during Labor Day weekend. Place was super clean with a full kitchen and even linens and towels were provided. The gated residence has a nice resort feel to it. The beach entrance was super convenient since this building is right at the front and the beach front pool is amazing as well as the hot tubs. Even though this is a one bedroom unit, there was a pull out couch in the living room and a pull out sofa in the bedroom so there was enough room for my two teenagers to sleep. The owner Leju answered all my questions promptly and was extremely responsive to emails and texts. Wish we could have stayed longer to utilize the other pools, tennis courts, grills and beach snack shack.

couple spacious property

This spacious 1 bedroom is quiet w/ relaxing atmosphere. The property is beautiful, clean, kitchen is equipped though I wish there is onsite restaurant for breakfast if you don't feel like cooking . My husband and I had a wonderful 41st anniversary 4 days getaway. We been known to Seapointe village in the past and still has the fabulous resort style amenities everything is fully maintained especially the pools, spa, the amazing grounds w/ excellent landscaping, kids play ground for fam. The property manager gave us detailed guidance throughout the entire stay thru text. A heads up/choice to bring our own towels and linens due to ongoing Covid precaution. I suggest a designated booklet reference than texting that contains overall expectations from entry to exit , wifi code, nearest grocery store, emergency or urgent care if needed, ice cream parlor, trash disposal location and all other detailed check out expectations. The front door lock takes time to open you have wiggle the key to open it. ( was addressed to manager) I suggest a door key pad. Overall I had a great summer break and rated my stay to 5 stars

Fantastic home!

Wonderful condo! Great location! Fantastic amenities! Owner was accessible and helpful throughout our stay. Home is well equipped and cozy. Plenty of space for a small family. The complex is amazing and offers so much. Will definitely return again!

Kitchen is fully equipped, you only need to bring groceries- or, shops like ACME and Walmart are not very far away, if you plan to shop. Bedroom will be fully prepared with extra clean sheets; guests are seen to bring their own sheets and towels, especially during Covid. We keep the unit very clean and disinfected.
If you finally plan to stay in this unit, we will meet you to give two sets of keys, four beach/pool tags, and a car entry card. We will familiarize you with the amenities as well.
*Exercise room may be closed due to pandemic and other standard rules of the community HOA may apply from time to time.
