We have been married for 50 years and have 3 children and 7 grandchildren.
We are a married couple who love the shore. We have been going to Wildwood Crest for many years with our 3 children. We bought our Seapointe condo many years ago because we wanted our children to enjoy summers at the shore. We picked Seapointe Village because of the large, private beach, 24 hour security, and all the amenities they have to offer.

Seapointe Village is a luxurious, community resort located on the private and exclusive Diamond Beach. Seapointe is a 24-hour gate guarded community located at the most southern-tip of Wildwood Crest and near Cape May. The breathtaking ocean views and landscaping are a trademark at Seapointe. The grounds offer 4 different style pools (1 indoor), saunas, jacuzzis (indoor and out), waterfalls, children’s wading areas with sprinklers, water slide, fire pits, tennis courts, bocce courts, fitness rooms, game room, beach hut grill and much more. Seapointe Village offers everything you could think of to make a family vacation one to remember for a lifetime.
Due to our level (5th floor) and unit location (South side of North Beach building) our large balcony offers the most optimal view of all to see. Our home at Seapointe has sliding doors in both the bedroom and living room that lead to a beautiful large balcony with amazing views of the ocean, beach, sand dunes, pools and sun deck, fire pits, grill area, tennis courts, beautiful landscaping and circular driveway, and lobby entrance. The balcony also has child safety netting installed and a beach towel rack.
Every year, at the beginning and end of each season, our home is thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Items may be replaced as needed to ensure that we provide an accommodating and at-home environment. We also provide a thorough cleaning service between our guests who are always willing to hear your thoughts and/or concerns.

Our home is tiled throughout. All bedroom furniture is new. The master bedroom was converted into a master bedroom and second bedroom with daybed and extra pull out bed (trundle). This accommodation of an additional bedroom is a huge attraction due to its savings compared to a traditional 2 bedroom. The master bedroom has all new furniture with large dresser and vanity, an end table next to bed and flat screen TV. Master is located next to full bath which includes a SHOWER and TUB (safer for bathing children). All baths are equipped with safety handles. The second bedroom with trundle and memory foam mattress also has a new large 5-drawer dresser and flat screen TV with door access to living room, balcony & 1/2 bath near kitchen. There is also a pull-out queen sleep sofa in living room. Master bedroom is also equipped with USB Ports in bed frame, drawers under bed. fans in both bedrooms. Den/Bedroom has access to living area, balcony and master bedroom through sliding doors. The kitchen and bathrooms were recently renovated. Unit has been updated with a brand new combination washer and dryer.
In addition to flat screen TV’s in each bedroom, there is a new Samsung 65 inch flat screen Smart TV with entertainment center console in the living area. This TV is equipped with a blue ray and sound bar. Dining area seats 6 with a breakfast bar seating 4 people.
We are dedicated to making our home as luxurious as possible by making improvements every year. This year alone we freshly painted all rooms, added a 65 inch Smart TV (the largest for our unit size), Blu-ray player with sound bar, new luxurious pull-out couch and love seat, new entertainment console, new lightweight vacuum, added lighting to family area, new cutting boards, children silverware utensils, and a towel rack. Each year, we also have been offering the convenience of a large beach locker (only offered to a limited number of owners) located near beach entrance on the beach!
