SEAPOINTE VILLAGE - Newly redone Beachfront Getaway!

This Condo is thoroughly cleaned per CDC guidelines between each rental. No human contact for entry!

I need 3 day advance notice to coordinate sending you the keys.

Newly furnished 2 bedroom / 2 bath ocean front in beautiful Seapointe Village. Master bedroom features king sized bed, desk, large TV, two dressers, en suite master bath with tub. 2nd bedroom features two twin beds, dressers, desk, and TV. Granite counters in kitchen with newly updated appliances (including a dishwasher). Living room features dining table for six, brand new pull out couch, and a 40 inch TV. There is a second bathroom with stall shower making this apartment perfect for a family! The deck overlooks the scenic main pool and waterfall, with breathtaking beach and ocean views. In addition, the Apartment is equip with wifi and premium cable packages, and has a washer/dryer in unit. Seapointe Village features multiple pools, outdoor grills, fire pits, tennis courts, basketball courts and playground.

Seapointe Village is a gated resort community located in the coveted Diamond Beach section of Wildwood Crest NJ. It's minutes from the boardwalk, Cape May, and tons of dining and shopping. We look forward to hosting you!

We ask you bring your own BEDDING sheets - we have a king sized bed, two twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa

Please note that while Seapointe Village does not allow renters to bring pets, owners are allowed a small pet. We do have a cat who has stayed on occasion.

Fantastic Accommodations at Seapointe Village! Host was welcoming and provided clear instructions and property details which were super helpful. Very responsive to any questions prior to and during our stay. The condo was clean and offered great amenities for our stay. Just an overall wonderful stay and would highly recommend this host!!

Had a great time staying at Seapointe. The property is well maintained and the beach was clean. Close enough to goto the Wildwood boardwalks and enjoy the shops and restaurants of Cape May.

Sisters Shore Getaway

Our stay at Seapointe Village was amazing. The property itself is beautiful, super clean and has everything. We loved our condo too. It was nicely decorated, clean and well equipped. Host was great to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Stay

It feels like you could be on a tropical vacation resort. The many pools, nightly firepits, spas and playground were hits with my 3 small children. The view out of the main bedroom and off the deck was so beautiful. Steve was responsive and helped us feel right at home. We hope to be back soon.

The entire process was very smooth, he mailed us a key ahead of time along with a return envelope and basic information. I liked this more than having to stop in at the rental office on arrival as I've done in the past with other units on the property.The unit was very similar to others we've used. I think one of the bathrooms was converted from half to full, which is tight but you gain an extra shower.

Our stay was lovely. Check in was a breeze and communication was top notch. We had a question about the building code and the owner got right back to us. The condo was clean, had everything we needed and was in the perfect location to enjoy the entire Cape May area. Also, the grounds are stunning. This is PERFECT for a family. We brought our two boys (7 & 14) and they enjoyed all of the amities (pools, private beach, basketball court and playground). They shared the second bedroom and had plenty of space. There is garage parking under the building, which made coming and going super simple. We never came back after dinner searching for parking. Will be booking here again!

Steve was wonderful to work with. There was a glitch with the weather from a coastal storm. Steve called us and was very accommodating with the situation. We will be going back!

Great location with easy access to all the amenities! Very nice, updated and clean condo that fit our family of four perfectly. The large spacious balcony provided a great beach view to enjoy the entire time. Steve was very easy to communicate with.

Perfect start to summer vacation

Seapointe Village is a very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Property manager was beyond helpful, answered questions quickly and was always truthful. The Property we rented was also clean and had alot of room . Would highly recommend this property and look forward to booking again next year

The property was amazing. Just as described. Perfect place for a family with an infant and young child. Pools were beautiful, walk to beach wasn't to far and distance to the boardwalk was just fine.

Space and amenities

This property worked well for us as a family with plenty of things for children and adults to do, space inside for everyone and the flexibility to prepare meals to eat in, or lots of choices in the neighborhood for dining out. Everyone agreed it was a good place to be.

After 20+ long years admiring Seapointe Village from the next door Pier 6600 (now Hotel Icona), in 2020 my wife and I purchased our dream condo in Seapointe Village. The Jersey Shore holds a place near and dear to my family's heart. My wife has been visiting the Jersey Shore since she was 11 years old, and we've brought our two daughters to the Jersey Shore every year since they were born. We'd spend 2 weeks each summer at the Pier 6600, and watched as next door, newly constructed condos and townhouses appeared before our eyes. We'd dream of one day owning a piece of the Jersey Shore and having beach getaway to make memories at. We're so excited to share our piece of paradise with you!
