Welcome to Magnolia Place 104/4665 - located at Myrtlewood Golf Resort in the heart of Myrtle Beach, SC. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom, first floor Myrtle Beach condo has incredible views of the pool from the screened-in patio.

This cozy golf villa has just recently been updated! The kitchen and common areas are all tile or laminate with new furniture. The living space area has a large flat-screen television and a comfortable seating area. The kitchen here is fully functional and stocked with all of the necessary utensils, cutlery, and appliances to prepare a gourmet meal or a simple breakfast and a Keurig coffee maker.

The master bedroom comes with a king-sized bed, a private bathroom, and flat-screen television. There is also private access to the screened-in porch from the master bedroom. The guest bedroom has two twin-size beds and a flat-screen for entertainment. There is a second bathroom attached to the second bedroom and living area.

Navigating Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand’s summer traffic can be challenging during certain times of the day. The Magnolia Place complex is in the Myrtlewood Golf community just off of 48th Avenue North. Many popular Myrtle Beach attractions are within a 15-minute trip from Magnolia Place.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was looking to rent a condo in Myrtle Beach and found this condo through Palmetto. The condo looked like the pictures and in a great location. There were a few leaks in the sinks, but that was corrected the same day I notified the company. I would recommend the property

Nice location but condo needs work

Overall my family had a nice stay in this condo, but it needs new mattresses on all beds very badly. We would only stay here again if we knew they were replaced. Besides that there are a few maintenance repairs needed. Master bath tub faucet drips, kids’ bedroom dresser drawers are not on the runners, and the kids’ bathroom faucet drips.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: During our stay at the property, we experienced some issues that impacted our overall experience. Firstly, there was a lack of extra trash bags and pillowcases/sheets for the pullout couch, which would have been helpful. Additionally, we couldn't find any dishwashing pods for the dishwasher. It would have been convenient to have some available. We also noticed a shortage of extra towels, which would have been useful. Furthermore, we believe that it might be time for the property to undergo some upgrades, especially on the inside with regards to the old covers and blankets. It seemed like the property could benefit from a refresh. Lastly, it appeared that the cleaning of the house may have been overlooked, as we noticed some areas that were not as clean as expected.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, no internet, no cable! Rental company responded next day. Carpets were dirty, but shampooed within a few days. Condition of condo was awful, king bed badly stained, lumpy and uncomfortable. Blinds inoperable, floors in bad condition. Not fully equipped, had to purchase: forks, spoons, coffee mugs, fry pan, dish cloths etc. upstairs people very loud. Overall unpleasant visit! Pick elsewhere!

Awful - stay away! Pictures Photo Shopped!

ALL the furniture needs replacement - beds are the worst we have ever tried to sleep on - appliances ALL need to be replaced, the state of them defies description - carpet is disgusting , very dirty at entrances to the two bedrooms- blinds did not work - not one piece of cutlery matched and some were nonexistent - dishes and all kitchen supplies we very dated and nothing matched. Also, there is no security and it was like "Animal House" - loud music and parties until the early morning hours. It must be OK today to simply lie about the condition of a rental place, and charge a very high rate per night for it! Don't spend your hard earned money on a place like this. We are very sorry we did!

Very comfortable condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was nice. There were several small issues that I could do without. The microwave was broken and did not get fixed by 5pm on Monday the as the estimated repair time. The whole condo had gnats all over. I saw a live roach by the patio before leaving the last day. It was dust built up on the ceiling fan. The spread on one of the beds had stains and it looked liked it was older than me.

Need Updating

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the property for a week stay. The photos looked pretty well maintained of the property, so we decided to rent it. I would say that this property is like a hotel room, the owner need some major updating on this unit. The microwave was not working, in which we got the rental property to have maintenance to come out and got it replaced. The kitchen was limited of utensils, pots, and beat up pans. The bed was rock solid hard, very uncomfortable, one of the bathroom had no trash can, the shower head were filthy, and had no pressure, one didn’t work. The carpet needed some major cleaning, bunch of stains. Sofas was ok, lots of stains also. The patio was filthy floor, looks like the cleaning crew didn’t bother to vacuum the floor covered in cigarette ashes and has beer bottle caps on under the patio chairs. The only thing good about this unit was the AC was the only thing working properly. So NO I would not recommend this unit to a friend or family.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The picture looks great, but the rugs were very dirty, the mattress had many stains, we had to ask foe a mattress cover, the refrigerator had only two working shelves, the dish washer either washed or dried not both, the TV in the bedroom did not work, and no cleaning supplies were available so we had to buy our own. During the month of March there were numerous baseball teams in the unit above, they were extremely noisy, I quess they thought it was OK to practice indoors, Hpwever that unit was not part of this agency.
