This luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the highly sought after Signature Condo Complex which is minutes from West World, TPC Golf course, and Old Town, boasts a king bed in each bedroom. Signature Condominiums has a topnotch resort style pool, hot tub, workout room, and sauna. The 101 loop is minutes away to fine dining and other attractions such as Medieval Times, OdySea Aquarium, MLB training stadiums: Salt River Fields at Talking Stick and Scottsdale Stadium. And of course, we are close to several golf courses such as TPC where the WM Phoenix Open is held. Other golf courses are McCormick, Silverado, and Mc Dowell. We are minutes away from Old Town Scottsdale, where shopping, dining, and night life activities abound. We are sorry but No animals are allowed at the condo.

One of the best VRBO properties we have stayed at. Very clean and convenient. The owners have gone out of their way to put in higher quality furnishings, linens, towels and supplies than the average rental. They have created a very welcoming environment and stay. This condo was absolutely wonderful! The space was super clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. One of the best features was the pool — it was sparkling clean & peaceful. The location was also excellent, close to restaurants & shopping. The condo itself felt very welcoming and had a great atmosphere. Communication was easy, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I plan to re-book.

Great location

We were attending a horse show at WestWorld, this is a great location and very convenient. The property was as advertised, very clean. We always look for 2 bathrooms and laundry. The only issue we had was locating the unit within the complex and the door code. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect in every way

The location of this unit is perfect. The owners have an absolutely beautiful unit and is spotlessly clean. The amenities at the complex are fantastic and the covered parking outside the unit just makes it so easy. We look forward to staying here whenever we are in Scottsdale.

Great location with access to everything within walking distance

Both high-end and regular grocery stores are right around the corner. The pool grill works excellently, and the people made it feel like home. Plus, the owners are excellent hosts and have answers to questions very quickly. Add this one to your A list. When I say I mean everything, everything from Bike rentals to manicures or massages is around the corner.

The unit was clean and bright. The seating was geared to tall males. Kitchen was ok - lots of skillets but only one saucepan. Convenient to pool and health club.

Wonderful condo in North Scottsdale

I have stayed in many different units in this complex over the years. This condo was by far the nicest. Wonderfully clean, well-maintained and organized. The paint and furniture look new. Would like to stay here again on future Scottsdale vacations.

We love Signature Condominiums and our condo was excellent - clean, neat and had everything we needed for our stay. Great location- plan to stay there again next winter.
