Nestled in the peaceful West Newport neighborhood, just a few blocks from the popular West Newport Park on 60th St, this newly renovated 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom back apartment offers the ideal escape for individuals or couples seeking a tranquil beach vacation. While this unit is not ocean-facing and does not offer ocean views, it provides a serene and cozy environment with easy access to the beach and surrounding attractions.
Sleeping Arrangements:
1 Queen Size Bed â perfect for a restful night's sleep
Comfort & Entertainment:
Smart TV with streaming capabilities
WiFi and Local Cable for entertainment and staying connected
Fresh Linens, Beach Towels, and Bath Towels provided for your convenience
Cozy Dining Area for meals or casual lounging

-This is the upper (2nd & 3rd Level) of a multi-family home.
- Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beach goers should be expected.
-No Ground Level Patio Access other than to utilize the BBQ.
-Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
- Home has (2) sets of stairs, (1) to enter the home using the front door, and (1) to access the master bedroom.
- Laundry is shared and is Coin Operated.
-Crib/Pack n' Play & High Chair must be requested prior to your stay.
