This vacation getaway offers the modernist and minimalist principles of the Desert Modern Era with post & beam construction, clerestory windows, soaring rooflines, tongue & groove exposed wood beam ceilings, and an open floor plan melding the indoor/outdoor living spaces. The expansive great room features clerestory views of the San Jacinto mountains from the kitchen, and bright slider door views to the pool and outdoor bar off the living room. The updated kitchen features granite counters, a mix of glass and wood-front cabinetry, side by side refrigerator, and a gas range. The kitchen is conveniently open to the living and dining areas, perfect for entertaining guests or keeping the chef company. Play a game of billiards on the pool table while dinner simmers. Bring dinner outside and enjoy a cocktail with loved ones at the outdoor bar as the stars come out and the kids play in the pool!

Located just two miles from the heart of Palm Springs, you will be in the middle of all the action within minutes of leaving your front door. The charm of Palm Canyon Drive will await each guest with the many shops, restaurants, and attractions in town. After popping into the local museums or hiking along a nearby trail, a bite to eat will definitely be on the agenda. Workshop Kitchen, Cheekyâs, Farm, and Rooster and the Pig (takeout only) are all great options! A day trip to Mount San Jacinto State Park or Joshua Tree National Park is always a good idea as well.

The home has a newly remodeled pool and spa that can be heated for an additional fee.
Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.
