Regardless of whether you choose to spend long days on the slopes or want to lounge by the pool come summer with a good book in hand, the cozy pellet stove will await you for a relaxing evening in. Plus, the full kitchen has everything needed to make a home-cooked meal to curb appetites each night. Plus, with the lofted bedroom and a twin trundle bed in the living room, everyone will have a bit of privacy when it is time to hit the hay.

Perched just two blocks from the Village Gondola, the skiers of the group will be in paradise, knowing they are mere steps from fresh powder. If you visit in warmer times of the year, the hiking, biking, and lake days nearby will be just as much fun. Plus, The Village At Mammoth and Mammoth Brewing Company are within walking distance for a bite to eat, a shopping spree, or a cold drink at the base of the mountain. Sierra Star Golf Course is also nearby for the golfers in the group!

-- Shared community gas grills are only available during Summer months.

-- Charcoal BBQs are not permitted at this complex.

-- While pots and pans are available for use, as a safety precaution, consumables such as oil, spices, and coffee are not provided.

Please note that this complex is EXTREMELY NOT PET FRIENDLY. The HOA does not allow pets at this property. With regard to service animals, the HOA (not our company) requests visitors fill out forms 48 hours in advance - please reach out to Hidden Valley HOA for further information. Please note these are not restrictions or requests of Vacasa, they are specific to this HOA.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
