Ranch Style Duplex Home from the late 1960s, furnished similarly according to the era, with modern touches.
Included are two bedrooms each with a queen size bed and comfy memory foam mattresses, two single person fold-away sleeping floor mattresses, and two petite sofas in the living room to accommodate cozy sleeping arrangements.
Linens included!
Private bath, extensive National Geographic Magazine Collection and Tupperware collections, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen, to keep you cozy and comfortable during your stay.
Charming Mid-century decor with comfy linens, fluffy towels, treats, coffee, tea, and first morning's continental breakfast, among other amenities to make your travels feel like home.

Well-behaved pets are welcome. Please inquire for more details.
We ask that pets are on a leash at all times when outside, and that owners are diligent about picking up pet waste. There may also be other pets on the property with whose owners I have the same expectations. Pets should be attended at all times.
*NO SMOKING/vaping of tobacco or cannabis products indoors. Both are legal in Oregon, and you are welcome to step outside, away from other doors, guests, and guest room entrances, in order to enjoy.
*CHILDREN
While families with children are very much welcomed, please know that there are potential safety risks, and children should be attended to at all times.
*URBAN SOUNDS
Being that the Magnolia is located in town, city sounds such as traffic, among others, are inherent and unavoidable in an urban setting.
*QUIET HOURS
For the sake of our guests, quiet hours are maintained between 10pm and 8am.
*NO COOKING OF SEAFOOD
Please do not cook crab, seafood, or other highly odoriferous foods inside of the home space as the smells are incredibly difficult to remove.
*SHOE-FREE
These are shoe-free homes. Please curl your toes around the soft rugs and make yourselves cozy. This eliminates so much dirt from entering the place, especially in the wet months on the coast. Thanks for understanding!
