Warm, inviting, and cabin-like in atmosphere and decor, this fully renovated, three-bedroom condo in The Lodge at Steamboat sits just one block from the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort and all sorts of year-round activities.

The Layout:
Remodeled from top to bottom in 2018, this first-floor condo offers wonderful attention to detail, including an en suite bathroom for each of the three bedrooms, stainless steel appliances and beautiful quartz countertops in the kitchen, an in-home washer/dryer for your ski clothes and hiking socks, a charging panel for your devices, and a TV in each bedroom and the main living area. Enjoy two lovely decks on sunny summer days, winter nights spent playing games around the gas fireplace or the dining room table, and community access to a seasonal, heated outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, and a tennis court. This home also recently had a brand new split air conditioning system installed (2024) to make those extra warm summer time days extra comfortable.

The main bedroom has a TV, balcony access, a king-size bed, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a TV, an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and balcony access. The third bedroom has two twin-over-double beds, a TV, and an attached bath with a shower/tub combo.

Winter in Steamboat Springs is a magical experience the whole family will love! Be sure to check out all the fantastic winter slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort such as Kuus' Cruise and Three O'Clock for the group experts, Rainbow and Moonlight for the advanced skiers, and Why Not and Spur Run for the beginners. Afterward, grab an après-ski meal at one of the amazing mountaintop restaurants. The kids will love a trip to Howelsen Ice Arena, just three and a half miles north, where you can enjoy a pleasant open-skate on the ice and even goof off in inflated bumper cars.

Summer Activities:
You’ll find plenty of hot weather activities all over the place! Take the kids out to explore the majestic outdoor beauty of Steamboat Springs with hikes on Thunderhead Hiking Trail. The paved Yampa River Core Trail winds through town and even passes by the botanic gardens, so you can take the little ones out for a good walk while still being close to home! You’ll also be close to the fantastic greens of Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course, plus lots of other summertime activities like alpine slides, mountain biking, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, and paddleboarding!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
