True ski-In/ski-out, spacious 3 level Steamboat town home, one of the best locations in Steamboat.

Walk out your back deck and click on your skis! It's that simple. No need to walk or carry your equipment. At the end of the day, ski right to the back door.

*Please note: There is no guarantee that there will be enough snow for this unit to be fully ski-in/ski-out in early ski season (November 15-December 15) and also in late season (after March 20). Snowfall levels vary from year to year.

Two decks with amazing views of the mountain and slopes.

Three separate levels provide plenty of privacy within the property.

Secured ski locker conveniently located a few steps from your parking space right in front of the entry, as well as on the lower deck.

2 Parking spaces (1 covered) - RVs, campers, trailers, etc are not allowed to be parked in the spaces, on the driveway or street per the neighborhood HOA.

You are only 1-2 minutes away to access to the "The Spa at Storm Meadows" community hot tub, pool & sauna, exercise facility (year-round) and outdoor tennis courts. (summer only) Outdoor tennis courts do have pickleball lines, and you can request paddles and a ball from the spa reception desk.

*If you are booking a stay in April-May or September-November please check with us with to be sure the pool and hot tubs are operational during your stay if this is an important part of your vacation. The amenities occasionally close for seasonal cleaning etc.

Storm Meadows Townhouse 8 is simply one of the best rental properties in Steamboat. Nothing compares to its location right above Right-O-Way Trail, providing true ski-in and ski-out accommodations, as well as access to the "The Spa at Storm Meadows" community hot tub, pool & sauna, exercise facility and outdoor tennis courts. At the same time it offers luxurious mountain-style living in a quiet location with unforgettable views of the Steamboat ski area. Breath-taking views can be enjoyed from two decks or inside the main living area through floor to ceiling windows. High end, mountain modern finishes and furnishings have been updated throughout the home.

Enter the property on the main level and into the open living area which features a fabulously remodeled, spacious kitchen, boasting gorgeous granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and mountain-style wood cabinetry. It is fully equipped with everything you would need for cooking a meal. There is a large dining table off of the kitchen that comfortably seats 8. It is perfect for dining, drinking, playing a game, or doing a puzzle.

The living area also provides ample comfortable seating including a sofa, love set and a club chair. Sit back and relax by the stunning stone gas fireplace and take in the fantastic views and/or watch a movie or show on the large screen TV.

The main level also features vaulted ceilings and access to the deck. It's perfect for relaxing with a cocktail after a great day on the mountain adn taking in the views. There is a secured ski locker conveniently located a few steps from your parking space right in front of the entry. There is also a powder room on this level.

The upper level provides privacy with only the master en suite. There is a king bed, flat screen tv, storage and a beautifully renovated bathroom with a walk in shower. You can open the room up and enjoy the amazing views from this level and there is a portable AC unit to keep you cool in the Summer!

The lower level has two bedrooms, both with access to the deck, and one full bathroom with a tub shower combo. One bedroom has two queen beds, a flat screen TVf and plenty of storage. The second bedroom has a Queen Murphy bed and is also a true office, with a desk, office chair, monitor, printer and plenty of office storage. Combined with WiFi, it makes Townhouse 8 the perfect remote working option for you.

The lower level deck is slope side and also has a secure ski locker for your equipment. Just take your skis and snowboards and step into your bindings and off you go! There is also a washer and dryer on the lower level.

During the summer, you are right there on the biking and hiking trails, near the roller coaster and other activities at the base of the mtn, and has central air conditioning! A rare find in Steamboat.

Townhouse 8 offers a portable air conditioning unit in living area during g Summer. Fans are also provided for your comfort.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

This location was exactly as described. The owners were very communicative and accommodating throughout our stay if we needed anything. The amenities are great! It is extremely close to the ski runs which makes for easy access.

Storm Meadows Townhouse

The location of our townhouse in Storm Meadows was truly ski in/ski out! You literally only had to pop your skis on and go! It was very convenient. We had a fabulous time, and the staff at iTrip couldn't have been any nicer.

Perfect location! Loved the ski in/out access. Well-stocked kitchen. Enjoyed the hot tub/pool and ease to schedule dinner transportation. Wish the cable tv worked. Also the community shuttle never showed so had to book an Uber.

Fantastic Ski-In/Ski Out-Great views

Our group (2 adults, 4 teens) enjoyed this great property. It’s located right above the Right Away trail making it an easy ski in/ski out. Double level deck with views of the mountain and gondola. The bedroom arrangement is great for families with teens. Master bedroom on top floor, living area and kitchen on main floor and two additional bedrooms on bottom floor. The kitchen was unbelievably well stocked. Everything you would need to cook for your group. Gas grill on deck was a plus too. Plenty of dining space. Main living area had space for watching tv or playing the many board games provided.

Failed Vacation

We did not stay as the LEVEL of construction (iTrip description said there was "some" construction) around and in the building we rented was not disclosed properly on the rental description. This location should never have been rented to anyone. We have rented in Steamboat over 30 years with locations having renovations and improvements going on during our stays but never to a level anything like we experienced here. i Trip defended their description of the rental but their description was nothing close to what was actually going on with the construction. No one would think this was a good experience. We never occupied this rental, iTrip kept all of our money.

Very nice updated condo. A lot of extras you don't typically find - spices, condiments, cleaning supplies, TP, lots of towels, pillows, etc. Very nice quiet location. Great view of the mountain from the deck.

Well Appointed Ski In Ski Out - The Real Deal

Great location with easy access to main lifts on the way out and easy back to the condo on the final run. A short drive to base area and town. Very well appointed, gas grill, cooking utensils and even many supplies - coffee, cooking oil, spices, etc. Worth the price.

Great Slopeside Property

Very well maintained and outfitted property perfect for two couples or family. Incredibly convenient for easy access to slopes. Property appears to have been upgraded in past few years and has everything anyone needs. Property Manager was very helpful during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.
