Construit en 1961, classique Alexander Styling avec des notes de conception Frank Lloyd Wright, font de ces villas extrêmement populaire. Ils ont subi plusieurs rénovations. La sensation classique de la propriété rappelle bon nombre des jours passés de Frank Sinatra et Dinah Shore.

Toutes les villas ont mis à jour la plomberie, le chauffage et la climatisation. Nouvelles portes françaises ouvertes à la cour dans les deux Chambres Villa, portes-fenêtres coulissantes pour la seule chambre Villa. Tout le mobilier est neuf, avec matelas haut de gamme.

Deux chambres Villa: Une chambre avec un grand lit, l'autre d'un lit queen. Une chambre avec moquette, les autres tapis tuile / région mexicaine. Toutes les chambres ont des stores verticaux ou des rideaux, et toutes les chambres ont des entrées à la cour.

La villa de deux chambres comprend également un putting green privé.

Une chambre Villa: dispose d'un lit king. Les deux villas ont canapés-lits queen ainsi.

Les installations comprennent 42 'TV dans le salon, lecteur DVD, stéréo / radio lecteur CD. Films sur DVD / Livres / et CD sont fournis. Vélos (2) fournis pour le plaisir des invités.

Ces deux villas partagent une cour désertique avec une piscine chauffée (EN OPTION) et plusieurs terrasses avec salons. La piscine a été récemment rénové. Un nouveau gaz naturel Bar-B-Que est également prévue et vues ouest / coucher du soleil sur les montagnes donnent une sensation de détente, vue de les patios. Une grande table à manger en plein air est une partie de la villa de deux chambre à coucher, une table en plein air plus petit que quatre sièges est prévu pour une chambre Villa.

La cuisine comprend un réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, cuisinière à gaz ou électrique, l'élimination des déchets, micro-ondes, machine à café, ainsi que des fournitures de cuisine générale, la verrerie, les ustensiles et couverts pour quatre (4) chambre -un ou (6) - deux chambres à coucher.

Une laveuse et une sécheuse sont sur place, ainsi que le fer, et le vide. Nettoyage / base de référence de service de ménage peut également être faite sur demande. Linge de lit, serviettes, etc sont fournis.

Terrains de golf, des galeries d'art, les supermarchés et Living Desert jardin botanique sont à quelques minutes.

A great stay

The owners were very personable and great to respond about a couple of little things. We loved the patio for sitting, reading a book, listening to the birds and the pool.

What more could you want when this had everything!

AS you can see by the picture a beautiful pool, great patios and furniture, piped music and sun sun sun!Michael and Mildred were great hosts and Mildred a real tennis nut and she invited us to accompany her to the tournament. She gave us a list of recommended restaurants and touristy spots.We were only a block from El Paseo but we had a shopping ban for our wives but window shopping was the order of the day The "killer" chi wawa was a pleasure to have around and we found a new friend for the month we were there The rooms were clean and comfortable as were the beds and Mildred left well stocked cupboards for our use We would definitely recommend the listing but don't expect a modern up to date unit! in short-Great house,Great hosts, and above all else close to everything. We had regular pool maintenance and it was always crystal clear,.The landscapers came every week and we didn't even put out the garbage on collection day as that was taken care of!

Our property offers the best of both worlds...mid-century character and a relaxed atmosphere, with the updated plumbing, air conditioning, SAT-TV and Wi-fi expected by today's travelers.. Great villa

The villa is a very nice little home and has many very positive features, such as the swimming pool right outside the door, the great patio/backyard area with the many trees and shrubs, BBQ grill, and lounge furniture and tables and chairs. The villa is very comfortable and well furnished. The location is excellent and close to many special feature of Palm Desert; especially El Paseo area of shops and restaurants representing a wide range of ethnic foods. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa.

A perfect spot for a winter get a way. Lovely courtyard with pool just steps from your door. Patios have up to date furniture and seating area with fireplace and barbecue. The location is perfect with the shops of El Paseo close by and lots of novel grocery stores. This would be an ideal place for several groups to stay as there are 2 units so you can do things together or be private when you wish. The owners are a pleasure to deal with and make every effort to make your stay enjoyable.

Comfortable villa in Palm Desert

The villa in Palm Desert was wonderfully located, within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and shops. The two bedroom villa has a homey feel with a well equipped kitchen, gas fireplace and bbq. The pool area, which is shared with another unit, is nicely landscaped with desert plants, comfortable seating and a warm fire pit. It was a wonderful place for the perfect get-away .

Sun, relaxation, and a wee bit of exercise.!

This is a lovely character home - lots of Spanish flair - divided into 2 units ( one 1 bedroom unit ...and one 2 bedroom ) both have 2 bathrooms ..lots of space ..you won't feel crowded and very private..Patio with garden furniture for each unit..BBQ and fire pit in the garden area'......The beds were high quality ...very comfortable.The full kitchen is well stocked..I chose the location as it is walkable to El Paseo ~ a beautiful street of shops of mixed price range ...Anthropologies to Louis Vuitton !!~ and a short drive further is Westfield mall with Macy's and more affordable shopping. We strolled everyday down El Paseo to coffee bean for Cappuccino's...There are restaurants within walking distance.....Ruth Chris, Mama Gina for Italian , Mexican, Firecliff, and a short drive many more...try Jackaloupe and visit LA Quinta for a Mexican treat also breakfast .... Mildred and Michael are wonderful hosts ~they have Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube etc....they have a book with activities, sports, restaurants, maps...as well as phone and email contact for them ....They are a wealth of information and super friendly..... I would not hesitate to recommend the home to family or friends.....only hope we can rent it again ourselves.....!!! Cheers !? ? ? ?

Desert Oasis

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the 2 bedroom unit. It was clean, well-equipped with all the necessities and then some. The pool was well-maintained as was the property itself. The area was quiet and convenient for shopping and walks.

wonderful place

Just finishing a week stay in the one bedroom bungalow. What a great place. The architecture is wonderful; a wall of glass looks out on the pool and plant filled patio. Large overhang roof provides shade when needed. The bed is so comfortable! Great base for hiking, art galleries and golf. If you like wine check out 3rd Corner wine bistro at El Paseo and Monterey (hwy 74). Thanks Michael and Mildred.
