Beautiful condo!

This was our second stay at Destin Gulfgate, we love the beach, pool and condos! We loved this unit! My son (5.5) played Pac-Man and other video games for the first time and had blast. Very nice touch!They have all the streaming services for movies and shows which was also a plus. We will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have vacationed at Gulfgate many times over the years. Always a fine time with pleasant hosts, clean units, great views! This time was no exception. One negative, however...the awful, overpowering odor in the unit. I don’t know if the odor was intentional or not. Best we could tell it was coconut sunscreen. If it was used by the previous folks and spilled, it must have been a large amount. The odor lingered (strongly) for the entire 4 days. Hopefully, the fragrance is untentional as it is very repulsive to us; however, we do not use fragrance at home at all causing us to be hypersensitive to such. We had a good trip however, as we didn’t spend much time in the condo.

Reviewer Comments: Had another great time at Destin Gulfgate, the weather was perfect and actually the best we ever had in November with high's of 78 each day. Unit 301 was great, condo was clean and recently remodeled, All furniture was nice including porch and bed's were comfy. TV's and remotes were a little tricky. Only inconvenience was the lack of items like salt/pepper, aluminum foil etc for kitchen. Always nice to walk down to The Back Porch even though it is pricey. Would definitely recommend unit 301 and will be back to Gulfgate.

Our family of four could not have had more perfect accommodations (although I think it would have been comfortable with six people too)! It had everything you needed for a great vacation! Top of the line appliances, including a brand new air fryer, which we certainly utilized! Beds were incredibly comfortable, which is not something you find in every rental property. location was absolutely perfect, minutes away from entertainment and great eating. Beach was absolutely breathtaking. We spent tons of time on the massive patio with a phenomenal view of the water. My husband, of course loved the Xbox🤣. We didn’t use the pool, but it was pretty spacious and super clean. There was a fun complementary, happy hour one evening for all the guests at the building. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Absolutely nothing I could complain about! We will definitely be back to 301!!!!!
