Welcome to 210 3rd St! This 2 bed, 1 bathroom apartment is ready for immediate Move in. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, electric range, built in microwave and granite counters. There is 1 full bath with ceramic tile and shower/tub. This apartment contains 2 of its own mini split ductless heating/cooling units combined with brand new efficient windows create for very low utility costs! This unit is located on the 3rd floor. Landlord is responsible for Water, Sewer, Trash and Hot Water. Tenant pays electricity and cable/Internet
