Large 1910 craftsman style home with large finished basement set up as a theater and game room. Walking distance to downtown El Paso and UTEP. Plenty of charm in this historic area. This place has a ton of storage so itâs great for a long term stay.
Was In a good location to get to the highway and close to everything in town. Very good communication with the host. Beautiful home and looks just like the pictures. Loved our stay
Great place to stay for a family!!! Spacious house. Itâs Beautiful for an older home!!! Had everything we needed!!! Close to downtown!!! Neighbors very friendly!! Would absolutely stay again.
We had a great stay at this property in El Paso, the property was as it shows in the listing, the inside of the house has been beautifully redone, has lots of room. The bathroom has been redone and has a large shower. We really enjoyed our stay. thank you!
Stayed here with my groomsmen for my wedding. The proximity to downtown cannot be beat being only 5 minutes from the Paso Del Norte.
The House was very clean and well maintained. Had a great stay and would definitely recommend.
Such a cute little house. Looks a little run down on the outside but is adorable on the inside. Very large home with plenty of sleeping space. Beautiful kitchen and laundry. Owner responds immediately to any requests or concerns. Will definitely stay again.
This is the perfect place to stay for our work conference at the convention center in downtown El Paso. Our colleagues were impressed with the location, ease of walk, space. It is a great find for anyone looking for a more affordable experience than the hotel.
The exterior of the property is a little grungy but inside is charming and clean. I came through with my band when we played El Paso and we enjoyed our time.
We stayed with our 3 kids and dog. The house was very comfortable and spacious. There isnt a back yard, but there is nice park about 2 blocks away we walked our dog to every day. It was about a 4min drive to downtown shopping and there were lots lots of restaurants in the area.
The "take-away" for this property is that it's fantastic for a group of about 6 or less. My wife and I stayed here for three nights and loved it. Our grandson and his wife stayed for one night. The only issue with having more than half-dozen, or so, is there is only one bathroom in the house. However, if a group coordinates their stay, the five beds more than compensates for this. Each bed area was very clean and offered reasonable privacy. The house is charming on the inside. The outside could use a little TLC. The only other issue was the close proximity to I-10 and the traffic noise. Depending on which room you choose to sleep in might determine how the I-10 noise affects you. But, you have some great options there. I'm a light sleeper and had no problem getting three really good nights of rest, however.
The host was very responsive to our questions. I would definitely stay here again.
The house was very quaint and beds weâre comfortable. There is plenty of room. The house was decorated with thought and lots of loveâŠvery warm. The kitchen has everything you need to cook or just to order and sit at the kitchen table.
There is a dog that barks quite a bit; however, when you are downstairs you cant even hear him. Its more of an an oyance in the evening when you ley down or walk up to the house. Parking is on the street and parking right in front of the house isnt always available. The one thing i would say is the master bedroom should have a door so when people are using the only bathroom in the house you still have privacy. We only had one bathroom but made it work. Two would have been ideal; however, this house is so cute and comfy it wouldnt be a deal breaker for me unless we had a house fullâŠthat could be a problem. Also another TV upstairs would be nice so i could listen to the games when cooking âșïž Overall this house is so cute and served our family well.
This house was the perfect place for our weeklong stay in El Paso. Greg was very responsive and super easy to communicate with. The location of the home made it easy for our son to get back and forth to base on his work days and for us to get out, run errands and explore. The full size dining room table was an added bonus when we cooked a big Thanksgiving meal and entertained our sonâs friends. We would definitely try and book again the next time we are in town.
Itâs the second time I get this house & itâs always a great place to stay! We just love this house itâs always so clean, & tidy and feels so cozy, right at home! Also the location is so convenient thereâs a lot of places nearby. I always recommend the place and without a doubt will be coming back.
The home was a perfect retreat. It was extremely clean and cozy. Plenty of room to move around and be comfortable. I recommend this home to everyone traveling.
Hello, my name is Greg. I've lived in El Paso since 2012. My wife and kids live here too. We run this property and one other as a family. We've really enjoyed being hosts, often times meeting the guests. People come from all over and it can be such an adventure.
This house is great. The giant basement is awesome for watching TVs or putting together a puzzle. It's got plenty of space for everyone. Location is really awesome if you're doing things downtown or going to a game or concert at UTEP
From my prior stays at different VRBOs I think our home really feels like a home from cozy blankets to lots of art and decorations up around the place. It has such a great character too with original details to the home that we are often restoring and improving
