Une oasis paisible et pratique attend votre plaisir dans ce studio situé directement sur la plage de Beachside Two. Ce studio spacieux dispose de tout le mobilier nécessaire et d'une cuisine entièrement équipée et dotée de comptoirs en granit et d'électroménagers en acier inoxydable. Ce grand condo de style studio dispose de 650 m² d’espace de détente et s’allonge sur le grand balcon, offrant intimité et ouverture, le tout situé à la fin du bâtiment avec une grande pelouse paysagère au-delà.

Notre unité d'accès facile est au premier étage. La plage de sucre blanc est à quelques pas de la grande piscine.

Internet sans fil gratuit est disponible partout. Il y a un lit king size et le canapé-lit dans le coin salon offre un espace de couchage supplémentaire si nécessaire. Le mur de fenêtres montre le patio spacieux et les magnifiques environs. Bonus, laveuse / sécheuse sont dans l'unité. Il y a 2 chaises de plage et un parasol dans l'unité pour votre usage.

Commodités: TV, DVD, laveuse, sécheuse, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, etc., entièrement équipée avec draps fournis (à l'exception des serviettes de plage).

Room was as described, great for a couple! Clean, convenient location to the beach and parking, smooth check in and check out process. Would recommend if you’re visiting the area.

Short vcay

We had a great time, the unit was exactly as described, clean and comfortable. Pool was wonderful. The beach is a bit crowded in July, but to be expected. Would definitely recommend this property. We love that it was easy access on the first floor, was just right for two friends.

Perfect little place!

We really enjoyed our trip here. It was perfect for our little family. We have 2 kids and it was plenty of room for us this week. We loved the location of the condo. Being on the 1st floor was very convenient. The porch area was very nice to chill & relax in the evenings. Parking was very close by so it wasn’t a hassle at all to get loaded/unloaded for the week. That was a huge help with the kids. Overall we were very pleased with everything and really enjoyed it.

Wonderful stay!!

We rented this gorgeous corner unit for a wedding we attended in Sandestin. The property was clean. The management team had top notch communication, and we really enjoyed the convenience of being on the first floor. We will definitely rent this unit again!

Great place and great location

This place was fantastic. We are an active family of 4. We knew we weren’t going to spend too much time inside, but when we did we had plenty of space to relax. The location on ground level made for a perfect location for a game of wiffle ball and frisbee. Location also made it easy to get to vehicle. Can’t wait to book next year!!

Only down side was it did get warm from time to time at night even with ac on 70. However I like it really cold when sleeping. Would definitely return!

A few things to fix...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo has great potential to be a great place to visit. During our visit the patio furniture had rusted out from the salt air. Easy fix to replace. The flooring in the bathroom is needing to be replaced as it is filthy and water damaged. Outside of these minor repairs the ground floor unit was very convenient.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this condo from Saturday November 6th until November 11th. It was very clean and up to date. We loved that the beach was only steps away and the condo is equipped with a lot of beach equipment (beach chairs and an umbrella included). I do have one complaint though...there were 5 or 6 cockroaches in the bathroom over the course of our stay in the bathroom. We actually ended up bringing one home in our suitcase on accident. I tried emailing management with no response.

Great stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed here on business with my husband. I thought the property location was great and price was on point. This bottom floor corner unit walks out to an active "pet relief area", which can be very active. I am sure someone will complain but it didn't bother us. There was construction on the property when we went, again, didn't bother us but it created a lot of walk traffic for workers. Someone won't like that I am sure. Otherwise, the room was perfectly fine. Private parking, firm bed, great shower, full size kitchen, and plenty of towels for two. Complaining about anything in this unit would simply be nitpicking about stupid things. I would definitely stay here again.

Slightly Disappointed

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the condo was in nice shape and in a great location. I was disappointed that small conveniences like liquid dishwashing soap (necessary since we were going to be there a week and only one packet of soap for the dishwasher was provided) or something to disinfect the countertops after we used the stove were not provided. I understand that you don't want to have to provide TP for the entire week, but we paid a fair amount for the accommodations and such things just seem chintzy. I am also disappointed in the VRBO user experience. Airbnb has redefined the home rental industry and if VRBO does not step up with such things as online payment and timely review options, they are likely to lose a significant amount of business. The condo itself was nice.

First and last visit to a Destin Memories property

Unit has a great location. Beach and pool area pristine, but a little more crowded than we prefer for our vacations. Power outage over whole facility our last night there. All surrounding areas of resort had power. We checked out 13.5 hours after outage, but power still had not been restored. Spoke with Bette and on call maintenance night of outage, as well as others, but no one had answers about outage or expected power restoration. This made for an uncomfortable last night of stay with loud noise and high temps, ruined groceries and miserable littles. Contacted property through hospitality app twice with questions , but received no reply. I would have expected people on site offering some sort of explanation and reassurance with the issues we experienced the last night. Vacations are costly and common courtesy by employees and property manager are obviously not a guarantee with this listing.

the place is good, but needs some maintenance

The condo at the first floor and facing place where people walk their dogs. It is only one spot right next to the building to walk the dogs... It is also close to the parking lot. So you may hear garbage removal track backing up and beeping at 7am. The mattress is average at best, sofa is dated, electric socket at the balcony is broken. I communicated all the issues to the manager Bette and I hope she will take care of the property. On the positive side you can walk to the beach directly around the parking lot and avoid crowds and elevators. You can also see some green. You have full kitchen with all you need. Kitchen is brand new. Condo has a lot of light from the balcony door and 2 windows. I have stayed for a long time in the winter. It was a good deal, but if I could I would have choose something on the higher floor, because the floor is getting colder and humidity is getting higher during the winter.

It was just Okay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So, we assumed, since this was a nice condominium, that all the condos would be up to date and fairly nice. But, we were shocked to see that this one was not. The kitchen cabinets were cheap and the bottom ones didn't seem like they were even attached to the wall. The supplies/dishes etc, were extremely limited. Didn't even have a bowl with a lid. The closet where the washer/dryer was located would not open far enough to get the dryer door open. The furniture was old and worn. The location was excellent and loved the patio even though that furniture was also old with weathered and worn cushions that smelled terrible. The AC unit could not be turned lower than 70 due to fear of freezing up. When the unit would cut off, the condo got very warm quickly. Had to sleep with No covers. I would stay at this condo again but never in this particular unit. The location ideal but did not outweigh the problems.

SORT OF DISAPPOINTED THIS YEAR

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WE HAVE STAYED AT BEACH SIDE 2 FOR 9 YEARS. THE LAST 3 YEARS OF WHICH WE STAYED IN THIS PARTICULAR CONDO. THIS PLACE HAS ALWAYS BEEN LIKE OUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME. THIS YEAR WE FELT LIKE WE WERE "ROUGHING IT" ON VACATION. THEY TOOK AWAY THE FREE ICE FOR COOLERS AND NOW HAVE A ICE VENDING MACHINE YOU CAN PAY $6 A BAG FOR. SAME BAG YOU CAN BUY AT THE STORE FOR 2 BUCKS OR LESS. OUR DOOR LOCK WAS BROKE, THEN THE ACTUAL KEY PAD WENT OUT MAKING IT UNABLE TO GET INTO OUR ROOM. OUR FIRST FULL DAY THERE THE WATER WAS TURNED OFF FROM 8/9-AFTER 6 PM THAT NIGHT. COULDN'T FLUSH TOILETS, WASH HANDS, COOK, SHOWER, OR WASH CLOTHES. WAS TOLD REPEATEDLY IT WOULD ONLY BE 1-2 HOURS MORE. WE WERE FORTUNATELY ENOUGH THAT THE PROPERTY MANAGER WAS ABLE TO GET US INTO A ROOM WITH RUNNING WATER THAT WAS EMPTY. JUST LONG ENOUGH TO SHOWER AND USE THE RESTROOM. ASIDE FROM THIS ISSUE THE CONDO ITSELF HAS GONE DOWN. THERE ARE STAINS ON THE FLOOR THAT WONT COME UP BUT APPEAR TO BE DIRTY. THE BATHROOM FLOOR IS RUINED FROM WATER DAMAGE IN THE BATHROOM. WE HAD TO KEEP A TOWEL DOWN THE WHOLE TIME TO KEEP FROM WALKING IN THE DEBRIS AND MOLD. THIS AREA OF DESTIN HAS BEEN OUR LITTLE HEAVEN FOR 9 YEARS. I AM HOPING THE LACK OF ATTENTION TO THIS ROOM GETS BETTER OR WE WILL BE FORCED TO STAY SOMEHWERE ELSE. YOUR VACATION IS SUPPOSED TO BE A RESTFUL TIME NOT STRESSFUL. ALSO I AM GIVING A LOW RATING ON THE PROPERTIES LOCATION BECAUSE WHERE ARE CONDO IS LOCATED IT WAS THE TRAFFIC FLOW OF WORKERS FOR CONSTRUCTION AND ONE OF THEM WAS EVEN SLEEPING BY OUR TREE :/

There was some pros and cons:Cons: Never received a gate access code to actual get into the gate apartment property or building. Thanks to other visitor willingness to share we managed to access. There was active construction and maintenance outside of the condo, on-going, so sleeping in was not a thought.The blindings had missing parts, and because we were at street level, we were able to look out to see people and they were able to look in to see us.Beach front was filled with rental chairs, eliminating room for people to actually in the beach. Pros: Condo was clean, condo access easy, very easy parking, beach access easy and with multiple options. Cozy condo, great for just 2 people, would not suggest a 4 person stay. Would I rent it again? Yes.
