L'appartement est trĂšs grand avec 700 pieds carrĂ©s d'espace. A une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e, une immense chambre avec un lit Queen, une salle de bain complĂšte, salon et salle Ă  manger, balcon avec vue sur l'ocĂ©an et a / c complet. Le salon-salle Ă  manger est immense avec des portes vitrĂ©es donnant sur le balcon avec vue partielle sur la plage. L'appartement dispose Ă©galement d'un parking souterrain.

Nice, cozy apartment with all you need to have a pleasant stay. Pictures are pretty accurate, and surprisingly, the sofa bed is very comfy. Check in and out process was easy. The host provided all the information you need timely and was promptly responsive to my questions. Beach access is within a short 5 min walk with plenty of fast foods, restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores right outside the apartment building. It is basically next to the airport, so be prepared for the noise, but you get used to it. I would definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location

Great location with ocean views, across the street from San Juan hotel (where we stayed for work trip), walking distance to grocery stores, beach access, restaurants and airport. Great pool area, coin laundry with many machines. Condo is dated, so don’t expect it to match pics, as I think we’re taken many years ago. Owner should consider updating living room couch, but bed was comfortable and he had great beach stuff to use. Thank you!

My two week stay in Puerto Rico

My wife and I spent two weeks at this apartment in January , 2025. The building is gated, secure and well maintained. The apartment met our expectations. It was clean, adequate in size and appropriately stocked to do basic cooking. We had two minor issues that David addressed and resolved right away. The apartment is near the airport so there is noise from aircraft landing and taking off. We knew this so we were ok with it. Overall, we had a very good experience at David's apartment and would recommend to other travellers.

Incredible Experience

It’s very difficult to put into words how much of a pleasure staying in the unit was my fiancĂ© and me. Every aspect was impeccable and I can’t think of any way to improve things. The tennis courts were great
when the rain came, we went under the large patio/entertainment area and played dominoes. Once the rain stopped, we enjoyed the large pool with 2 fountains until it was time for dinner. We prepared our own meals in the cozy kitchen and found our way to the beach for moonlit stroll. We spent the majority of another day at the beach (easy access across street) while wrapping up with another dinner followed by playing pool down the street. Around the corner is the best gelato/smoothie/shake on planet- Piu Bella!We are bummed it’s not available for our next trip down AND we will always check for it to be our #1st choice!Building staff and residents were very friendly, helpful and welcoming!Treasure!

Good location

We wanted a place near the airport for the last part of our stay. We also wanted to be near the beach and have a pool on property. This place checked all those boxes. There were all the things you needed to enjoy the beach and pool in a closet. Had to get some clarification about how to navigate the gate security as that was not clear instructions but host was prompt to respond. Do know you are convenient to the airport and that comes with airport noise.

Amazing stay

If you want to be where all the action is, this is your place. It's very close to the beach, has underground parking and a very nice swimming pool. There are many restaurants and bars within walking distance. If your looking for a a brand new place, that is really quiet, it might not be what your looking for. The condo is clean and has pretty much everything you need. David was a great host. He was very easy to get in contact with, answered timely, and was very helpful when we needed recommendations or had questions. We truly enjoyed our visit.

We had such an easy check in process. David was super attentive before, during and after our stay! We loved the property and location of the apartment. The location is literally 5 min from the beach :).

ALLWAYS FANTASTIC

First, A+ to David Soto who is the best Manager I have come across with my experience using Home Away, his Apt was ideal, clean on arrival with so many items we did not have to buy during our stay, the apt had beach chairs, sun hats, back pack full of things you need at the beach, tennis rackets/balls, a closet full of items, sun lotion, brand new towels etc. I have stayed at other home away apts in PR they just don't compare to David's. sorry the apt did not have a washer/dryer, the laundry room was not in good shape non-working machines or clean machines but you make due to what you have to use. The pool area was always clean, it seems not many of the residents use the pool you have the whole pool to yourself (there was never anyone in the bldg office when you needed coins for the laundry room) the bldg itself was clean there isn't lot of traffic in/out with in the bldg, and I felt safe there is always someone at the security office outside the bldg and you can't access w/out a key (I stayed in an apt in this bldg a couple years ago on a different floor, again no comparison to David's. this is my 12th year vacationing in PR (and I'm considering retirement there), just for me, doesn't get any better than PR, the bldg is close to every thing in walking distance, heard through the grapevine the El San Juan across the street might reopen their casino later this year ( beware some sites have this info listed as if the casino is still there) for those of you who are looking for a casino at the Ritz Carlton a couple of blocks away, the hotel is close due to storm damage from Maria (some sites have it still listed) but I heard this year or next to re-open there is the Embassy around the corner is great, they did "shrink" their casino. but there are casinos in various areas of PR Stay at this apt when planning your away trip you will not be disappointed Thanks again David, your apt helped to make our vacation a good one, see you in 2020 J Merrill
