Our host was attentive and checked in with us periodically to make sure everything was going smoothly. The condo was very clean and comfortable so we’re the beds. We enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella. The balcony overlooking the road was great we enjoyed sitting there at night. The location was convenient to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

This unit is great! The location is close to plenty of food and bars, plus a Walgreens right across the street with almost anything you could need. The pool is large and clean, and you are right on the beach. The balcony is perfect and the apartment is super clean. I would absolutely stay here again!

Welcome Home

This was an ideal location, walk out to pool or beach. Go to Old San Juan, or visit other locations on island. Owner has provided beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. Beautiful beach. Apartment was very clean, had all that we needed for a week stay. The city view can be a little loud, but if you like to people watch, it's perfect. Cute little balcony to sit and watch. Security staff on site and very friendly. I have stayed at quite a few VRBO's and never had an owner as responsible as this owner.

Great location, clean, friendly, apartment had washer/dryer which saved me time as I was able to take home clean clothes. They were also equipped with toileties which was marvelous as I had forgotten a thing or two and it was on hand in the apartment.Would highly recommend and will be coming back

Great experience

This was our 2nd stay here and won’t be the last! We love to book apartments for some extra space that hotels often don’t offer. This apartment is clean, has an amazing pool, kind/responsive owner, comfortable bed, and the property is safe. Definitely worth booking!

Cozy condo in ideal location

The property manager did a great job making sure everything was ready for us. The condo had many features and amenities for us to use to make it a home away from home. It was in a building that was quiet when we wanted to sleep, but there are plenty of bars, restaurants, and of course the beach just a few steps away.

Very nice stay

Great location for beach access and walking to stores and restaurants. Nice condo, nice pool, comfortable bed and was happy with the cleanliness. Rios was excellent with communication and checking in with us on how our stay was going. Like other reviews mentioned the road noise during sleeping hours can be bothersome but we used a fan noise app or youtube box fan on the TV to help with it. Overall we got plenty of sleep. We spent a lot of evening hours on patio just watching all the action on the street and it was entertaining for us. First time to Puerto Rico and this was a nice home base

Amazing beach access

Rafael’s apartment was perfect for my friend and I. He was very kind and welcoming as well as prompt when we had some issues with the hot water. The apartment overlooks a main street and it is very loud all night long. Would not recommend this property for families with young children. The apartment had everything we needed and it is located right across the street from Walgreens and a grocery store is a quick car ride down the street. The apartment has direct beach access with chair and umbrella rentals. Fabulous place. Bring eye mask and ear plugs if a sensitive sleeper.

Steps from giant pool and great beach

Nice apartment stocked with beach stuff. Comfy bed. Kids slept on pull-out couch. Kids (6 and 9) loved the giant complex pool and the poppin Carolina beach was just behind it. Very easy check-in process and very, very, very responsive and cordial host. We ate at the sushi and pizza restaurants and took the bus and Ubers to Viejo San Juan (recommend Señor Paleta) and Santurce (recommend Lote 23). Not at all a dealbreaker but towels a bit musty (probably from not drying completely, so run them through the wash or buy or pack your own).

Awesome stay!

This condo was just awesome. We loved sitting on the terrace and people watch in the evening. Beach access was just an elevator ride down to the beach. It's a perfect size for a couple or a small family. Rafael was always available to answer any questions. We will definitely stay again in a future visit.
