This spacious home offers a 12 foot covered deck with 180 degree, uninterrupted views of the San Luis Pass and Gulf of Mexico. It's just a few steps away from the house to enjoy the sandy beach. Inside, you will find a well stocked kitchen with plenty of windows that overlook the beach. Granite counter tops and custom cabinets allow for easy and enjoyable cooking for friends and family. Dining and living areas overlook San Luis Pass and the Gulf. The beaches offer a variety of shells, a great place for a stroll or sporting events. San Luis Pass has always been known as a championship fishing hot spot. Kayaking is a popular way to explore the beach and back bay. Launch off the beach or from the bay-side boat launch. Art and nature kayak tours available for booking in Galveston Bay.

Envy's Cove is nestled in the Treasure Island Subdivision, just a short drive from the amenities of Galveston and Surfside. So bring your favorite book, a bottle of wine, your fishing and sporting gear and prepare to relax and recharge! They have added a new city ordinance that does not allow swimming directly in front of the house, but there is a beach front in the neighborhood to swim. I have added a photo of the ordinance & where you can/cannot swim.

Quiet Beach Nights!

We loved our stay at Emma’s Beach House!!! It was a perfect house for our family! We had a year and a half old toddler and the house was so accommodating for all of us. The home was so very nice, and extremely clean!! She has thought of everything you might need. Outstanding view! We saw dolphins and enjoyed a cool breeze each night on the balcony. We would love to come back!!!! Emma was super to work with.

Waterfront

Don't let the location foul you! This house has no obstruction to the water view. Dish washing, cooking and eating views. Beautiful! This home is tastfully decorated. You can fish and crab from the beach! And the best shell hunting spot in Texas. I have never found such beauty's!

Great location! Bring flip flops

Emma communicated well with us. Got us in early for Thanks giving weekend. It was appreciated. Location is great, we have stayed on the street before, and this was closest to the shore. I say bring flip flops for two reasons. The stairs and deck need some TLC. And there are a couple of broken tiles inside the unit. The worse ones had small mats covering them. None of this was a game changer, just best to know for future guests.

Great weekend retreat

House was great , hosts communicated well. Nice and quiet place to hang out and was well equipped. Great sunsets to watch on the comfy porch….Will do again.

Perfect Family Getaway

We have stayed in this house before and it did not disappoint once again! Emma is very easy to communicate with. The kitchen in this house is huge and accommodated our family easily. The beach is right out the front door and a short walk down the hill. Some of our party went fishing, others looked for shells and others went out in the water--there was something for everyone!! We went into Galveston a couple of times--we always have to eat at Tortuga's and Gaido's! We also ate at Swamp Shack in Lake Jackson. It was a great week!

Beautiful home!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! It was very clean and well kept! This was a great place for some much needed R & R. The beach is like a private little cove only shared by a few other houses. The only downside is that the ramp is very steep! We had a very difficult time getting my mom, who was in a wheelchair/electric scooter into and out of the house. The ramp is difficult to even walk up because of the steepness so it was dangerous to use for handicap accessibility but at the time of booking we were not in need of accessibility so we were not concerned about that. Coincidentally, due to an unfortunate accident, my mom is temporarily in a wheelchair/electric scooter, so we ended up needing that ramp. However, the house was not advertised as handicap accessible and therefore, was exactly as advertised. Just a heads up for someone who may need an easily accessible ramp. The house and beach were amazing and Emma was wonderful! We would definitely book again!

Still our favorite house!

We stayed at this property 2 times in the past, when it was under different ownership, so we were curious to see if it was still going to be our favorite with the new owners. We were not disappointed! Emma was so responsive to all my questions ahead of our stay - even helped get us back when we had problems with the detour in Houston due to 288 being closed! The house is still wonderful - clean and well stocked with all we needed, comfortable beds, easy check-in and check-out. There has been significant beach erosion in the area due to a hurricane & 3 tropical storms since we were last there, but there is still a bit of beach in front of this house. We still consider it to be our go-to place for a beach getaway. If you are considering staying here, don't hesitate for one minute! You will love it!

Green with Envy!

Envy’s Cove is a beautiful beach house! It is the best location right on the beach! All the bedrooms were comfortable and included room darkening shades for those that like to sleep late. It also has stairs and a separate accessible ramp. This house has all the upgrades! We love the bowl sinks in every bedroom. The kids loved the green porch lights, playing Bingo and the short walk to the beach! It was a great time!

Eric and Emma Hoffman have been happily married for 25 years and have always enjoyed spending their vacation time together and with their four children in the sun and surf of far away, exotic beaches. It has always been a dream of theirs to own their own piece of heaven by the ocean. Eric is a Law Enforcement officer, quickly coming up on retirement and Emma is the foundation that holds them all together. While celebrating their 21st wedding anniversary by renting another home in the Treasure Island community, Eric and Emma made the life changing decision to find the perfect beach home to call their own so that they may always have a place on the beach that they can call home for themselves and their family.

While renting a home in the Treasure Island community, Eric and Emma fell in love with the area. They found Treasure Island to be a peaceful and quiet, clean community with everything they were looking for. Beautiful ocean views with spectacular sunrises and calming ocean breezes offering peace and serenity. The ocean front property offers easy accessibility to a clean sandy beach to enjoy shell hunting and various beach activities. San Luis Pass is also known for a wide variety of sport fishing activities which is one of the family's favorite pass times. Eric and Emma found this home to be a private, hidden gem that offered several unique interior and exterior designs giving them comfort and peace of mind. Eric and Emma immediately fell in love with this home and found this to be the perfect get-a-way for everyone to enjoy.

This house is in a quiet, family oriented community. It is nestled at the end of the road which stops at the beach. The beach offers limited access and allows for the freedom to enjoy the coastline rather than spending time dodging people and cars. Sunrise comes up across the Gulf and is a beautiful sight from the kitchen, dining room and covered, front deck. Patches of yellow and orange flowers cover dunes around the house seasonally.
