Spacious, clean and great location

The property was great. It was clean and had what we needed. Plenty of space for everyone. The kids enjoyed all the games and the hot tub. Loved seeing all the Fawns. Close to the beach. Close to nearby attractions. The host was quick to answer when we reached out.

Wonderful

The pictures don’t do this place justice. We had such a relaxing and comfortable time. We took my mom away for her birthday weekend and she absolutely loved the house and the location. We are definitely coming back here again. Thank you to the host for being so quick with replies!

We had a nice stay. Pros: Great location, right down the street from lake, quiet, deer everywhere, loved the hot tub, home is renovated, lots of space in home and yard, kids enjoyed the games. Host responds quickly. We were able to bring our dog. Enjoyed community pool (not overcrowded). Short drive to trails/waterfall.Cons: Oven didn't work, showers have very low pressure and water taste metallic. Lots of spiders in the home.

Birthday getaway

It was great! The house was super cute and entertaining. The weather would have ruined the whole trip except the house was pet friendly and had a lot of games for us to play. Oksana was very responsive no matter the time. She answered every single question of mine and was very pleasant and accommodating. Definitely would return!

Decent stay

The property and amenities are wonderful. The only things we didn't like were the very dirty floors and the bugs. It's an enormous amount of spiders and all kinds of other creepy crawlies, everywhere. Inside the house, outside. I know it's the woods, but the house seemed like it hasn't been lived in for some time. For the amt of money we paid for a cleaning fee, you'd think the house should be spotless. But it wasn't. Other than that, we had a nice time there. The indoor games definitely help.

Nice place to stay.

This was one of the cleanest rental homes we have stayed at, with lots of games for the kids to keep busy. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with, she did call before we arrived to let us know the kitchen sink water was frozen and this turned out to be a bit of a hassle. The shower was a challenge, Either the water was burning hot, and then it would go completely cold before going too hot again. Overall we did enjoy our stay. Thank you!

SIMPLY AMAZING

what can we say. We had an amazing trip. This house was so big, spacious, bright… organization was from the beginning to the end of the trip. Communication with owner was super easy. She accomodated us as best as possible and we are super thankful for it. Everything is close by and let me tell you the hot tub was such a great addition to the house. The outside space was so big definitely want to return in the spring…

Great vacation

Would recommend highly. The listing is very accurate to what we experienced. The house was clean and in great condition. Although we did not have kids with us, oksana provides a pack n play and there is a swing set in the backyard and a trampoline! The location was nice and about 20-30 minutes from all the things we wanted to do (lake harmony, hickory state park, restaurants, beltzville state park). Only suggestions I would make: 1. Provide some extra towels 2. Provide papertowels for the kitchen Oksana was very communicative even when she was in another country! We also had an issue with the trash and she responded very quickly to reassure us. Would highly recommend!

Perfect for a clean, relaxing, place to stay

The property was really great for our specific needs as a group. That included a place for us to sleep (we required using the futons that can sleep 1 person each), a place to prepare some easy dinners and store our food and beverages, and a place to enjoy spending time together. The dining room, outdoor table, hot tub, and fire pit were really all great for a rotating selection of places to hang. Everything was clean and the house is well appointed, the amenities work, and there are nice to haves like automatic floodlights around the house for at night, air conditioning that works really well, and plenty of bright lighting to make the place feel homey inside. If our group size allows it, we would definitely stay at this property again some time next year.

We loved the house. Very clean, well kept and decorated. The community is an odd assortment of homes but this made things interesting driving in and out from the house. Pools were nice and clean, fishing lake was nice.

Nice home

Just spent the weekend at Oksana’s Home with some friends. The house is very nicely remodeled. The development is nice as well. The only disappointment during our stay was the hot tub. When we arrived we saw the water was yellow and some debris at the bottom. I reached out to Oksana who first wanted me to add chemicals to the hot tub. She told us it was just cleaned and new water was added. I was unable to locate her chemicals so she said she would try to get someone to come look at it the next morning, which she did. A gentleman came and looked at the hot tub. I asked him if this was normal from the well water. He responded with its unfiltered water but I’ll add more chemicals and it should be clear in two hours. It never cleared and looked that way until the morning we left. I informed Oksana who states it’s just from the well water. I feel that should have been noted in the listing or she should of notified us to expect this. My other concern was no one checked the chemical levels of the hot tub. With one of our friends pregnant we had no way of knowing if the chemical level was above 8. If it was it would not be safe to go in. We enjoyed her home but want renters to beware of the hot tub concerns.

A clean option near good bike trails

This property worked well as a place to sleep at the end of a good day of hiking/biking. The kitchen was functional as a place to reheat food but I was thankful I hadn’t planned on cooking there. The beds were comfortable, but I was grateful the weather worked in our favor as there are not very good seating options for just hanging around the house. We ended up sitting in the hot tub more than expected because the couches were not a place we wanted to spend time. The listing did not reflect that this was in a gated community. That only became clear when the host asked for our driver's licenses. The wildlife in the area was abundant and the local trails were lovely to spend time on.

Beautiful Place!

This place was beautiful! We were not aware with the listing but were told a few days before the visit that all adult ID’s were required to sent. The place is a huge gated community and it was very nice but the ID’s were not mentioned in the listing. We had 10 adult women for a girls weekend and we brought an air mattress and were glad we did. It could comfortably fit 8 adults but you could squeeze two adults per fouton but not sure how comfortable it would be. Oksana was a great host and answered all questions in a timely manner. The hot tub was a great addition since it was so cold. We would absolutely go back!

Fantastic winter getaway. We had a wonderful winter trip. The property was very clean and modern. Plenty to do with multiple games in the game room. Oksana was very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely return.
