The house is very clean and had plenty of beds to accommodate our entire family. The owners were very friendly and made our experience in Dallas wonderful. Highly recommend!
Overall a great week spent at this location. Upon initial arrival the AC didnât work but was fixed in a fairly timely manner. This house had plenty of room for my large family. Host was good about responding with solutions. The house feels very safe and gated. Thanks so much for a great house on our family trip!
We were is Dallas for a volleyball tournament and had the pleasurer of staying here. Easy access to downtown from here. We loved the backyard. It was a perfect escape for all of us as we were inside the gym all day.
This property was nice looking and clean but in a neighborhood that was concerning and unsightly. Me son would not shower in the master shower because the water temp fluctuated and left him feeling scalded. The property manager was easy to communicate with and very prompt with replies to my inquiries.
The description of the property is accurate in bedroom/sleeping number, bathrooms, etc. The owner is responsive.
Unfortunately it needs some serious maintenance. Towel racks would fall off the wall at first touch, my friend that was staying with us laid down on his bed and it completely collapsed underneath him. Which I am now being charged an additional $350 to replace the bed. The water temperature in the shower fluctuates without notice, scorching us at times. The home obviously had not been thoroughly cleaned/inspected. There was a rotten curdled baby bottle of milk underneath the master bed, and a bag of marijuana in the kitchen cabinet. Thank goodness my kiddos didn't join us as we had planned! I guess it's true, you get what you pay for! I will definitely be paying extra for a safer place to stay for my family next time we are in Dallas.
The location of the house needs to be stated on the description of the property. Neighborhood is under a lot of construction and looks outdated so guests need to be aware of the surrounding. We felt safe at all times but again I was not prepared for a gentrification community.
The house was a bit dusty so I had to clean up a bit for example, the microwave and refrigerator still had small figments of food in it. The feel of the house felt like the house had been sitting untouched for months.
There were only fitted sheets on all of the beds. Good thing I brought my own complete set of sheets. Also, we got locked out of the house twice so a keypad needs to added to the back door so both doors can easily be accessed.
Overall house is nice and we made the best of it
The house is exactly what we needed. We were mostly out and about in the city, so the location was really nice for that. The owner is really quick with a response for questions, and overall the experience was delightful.
This house was exactly what we needed. Traveling a good driving distance with older children and teenagers, we needed a place that was large enough for us all to stretch and space out. The backyard is large and provided enough space for our morning workouts. It was nice to be able to cook breakfast and enjoy coffee before our busy daily activities. The house also provided enough towels and bedding for the entire family. The host is very polite and quick to respond with all of our questions.
