You will experience a unique getaway in this fabulous resort like setting. This Lakefront home allows you to experience the outdoors but in modern style ambiance. This home has 4 private rooms with their own in-suite bathrooms , billiards room, chef style kitchen, wet bar, and massive windows through out home to bring in the natural light in. The lake lends itself for a day of fishing or kayaking. Enjoy the evening winding down with a glass of wine in your own private deck overlooking the lake. Please dont book if your intentions are for weddings or any type of events. We do live accross the lake and we can easily verify any type of events. We do accommodate small gatherings please send inquiry on what your thinking .

The home was very nice and the check-in process was easy. Great views. Owner is responsive. One issue was the thermostat control. The owner sets it remotely so any adjustments need to be made through them directly. This led to very warm nights when the thermostat either adjusted to heat automatically or the owner changed it.

Amazing family getaway!

Beautiful home on a breathtaking lake and mountain views!!! Our family loved taking this little getaway without having to drive 3 plus hours to big bear same feel much closer!!! Iris was amazing and very accommodating!!! Thanks for everything we had a wonderful time!!!

This was the most beautiful home I have ever been in! The host thought of everything. The furniture and kitchen is top end, luxury. The property of so wonderful! We will definitely be back again!

The house was beautiful beyond of what I expected, nicely decorated , warm that make you feel at home , clean, great chef kitchen , perfect to cook whatever you want , great area for family gathering, the all around the house balconies allow you to enjoy the views and the stars at night . One word describes our experience “Amazing” .

Great Thanksgiving Week

The property is fabulous and Iris is wonderful to work with. The property was clean and the check-in process was easy. Iris was very responsive to our requests and went out of the way to get us cooking pots for our Thanksgiving dinner. The property itself is serene and spending time by the lake was relaxing. We will definitely go back in the future. It was a memorable week at the property, kids and adults enjoyed it thoroughly. A hot tub on the property would be a great add-on for the winters.

I am a regular VRBO traveler and would rate this place as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places I have stayed! The place was very clean, super beautiful, and had everything I needed to feel at home. It was a quiet, spacious and well-maintained calming place. It looks exactly like it does on the pictures, actually much better! I wish I could upload some photos that I took there. The communication with the host was super easy and quick. She went way beyond to make my weekend comfortable and memorable. Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

Wow.

This house. This location. In one word, Wow. Inside the house there is a lot of space, cleean and well kept. The master bedroom and the three shower head, wow. Outstanding and back yard lake, wow. If you a looking for a place that is a wow for you and your guest, this place is it. You will go back with a wow coming out your mouths.

Wedding Weekend

This property is a beautiful property with a property owner who quickly jumps to conclusions without proper communication to clarify her misunderstood interpretations. Rented house as a get ready place for off site wedding, homeowener cancelled and locked us out of the propery (will all of our stuff still inside) without notifying us. Owner assumed we were having a wedding on her property, confirmed with her we were not, she proceeded to lock some of us in/ and out of property. Found this out by father of bride not able to get into property to take bride to venue. Property owner lacks hugely in communication skills and a sense of compassion or empathy.

Thank you for your review. I will agree on your assessment of the bad communication in that YOU had stated the purpose of your stay was a family getaway for you and 11 guests. Of course we were surprised to find upwards of 25 vehicles and multiple individuals(35 plus) that clearly exceeded the amount of guests agreed upon. All guests were dressed in a manner consistent with wedding attire. Our suspicions were further raised after finding a taped notice on the entry gate showing the guest’s last name followed by the word “wedding” and the gate code written on the notice. Those activities were not part of the agreement and also run counter to our agreement with VRBO. When we contacted the guest her response was summed up as “a change of plans”. Of course, this change of plans was not told to us. Given this egregious disrespect for the rules that were agreed to by the guest we had to secure our home until we could determine that the agreed upon terms could be secured.

Great House, Perfect Location!!

We had an amazing time stay at this VRBO. Its a beautiful home. As advertised! We stayed here for its location to Cuyamaca 100K. So close to the race, the little restaurant Descano Junction was wonderful! Skoosh was awesome!

Not only was Iris great to work with (helpful, flexible, nice) but the property is a diamond in the rough... off the beaten path, gorgeous, and built to entertain. Looking forward to going back with more water toys!

It’s was amazing experience very clean nice and peaceful you have your own lake in your backyard makes fishing great out there every room has a bathroom so that’s a big plus a lot to do there I recommend this place to anyone who comes out thank you guys for everything

Excellent place for your vacation!

The house is very clean and new, and every bedroom has its bathroom. There are plenty of utensils and spices which we liked very much. You can also play pool ball in the activity room. There’s also a set of pokers and chips. The best thing is that it has a lake in the backyard and you can go boating and kayaking. We loved the view very much. There’s also a tennis and a basketball court. The house owner is very nice and provided us everything we needed. You would only need to bring food and everything else is provided. This is a very nice place for family and friends to go on a vacation. We would love to go there again!
