GARDEN CABIN W/ FENCED YARD, With A/C

Our comfortable garden cabin is in Pinetop Lakes Country Club. A two bedroom with a King in the master and Queen in the Guest room. In addition, is a 8" mattress Futon in the living room and an additional pillowtop roll-a-way bed if needed. A well-lit living room features a TV with sound bar to enjoy in front of a cozy gas fireplace. All updated appliances in the kitchen complete with pots, pans, plates and glassware... everything but the groceries... We have both a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker. This cabin has a newer washer and dryer. Extras include board games, dvd player with an assortment of movies. A smart lock allows seamless entry.

A very quiet and cozy place but enough wildlife to entertain such as squirrels and various birds that love peanuts and seeds. The front porch is perfect to watch them or for viewing a beautiful sunrise. A large, beautiful back deck is great for entertaining and overlooks the garden and flowers or a beautiful evening sunset. This deck also features a BBQ and gas firepit, with a second log firepit in the garden area. It's so relaxing, you might not want to leave.
Please, no Parties or Wedding groups.
Our back yard is fully fenced with a 4 ft log fence with mesh overlay.

We have exterior security cameras located on front porch and back decks to protect the property and aid in a seamless entry and exit for the guest.
This is our vacation cabin and very precious to us so we are hoping all of our guests respect it as they would their own. Any damage or missing items will be billed.

Great place to stay!

We had such a relaxing time at this cabin! The weather was beautiful and the accommodations were great…a well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, fenced backyard for our dog and fresh tomatoes from the garden! Everything was clean and neat. We hope to be back again!

Loved the deck and fenced yard for Barney (dog) being older (78 & 86) we found the chairs difficult to get out of while watching tv. Kitchen was great, mattress was super for sleep, bathroom wonderful. Had trouble with Roku but we figured it out. Nicely decorated. Just a lovely home.

Quiet, clean, and comfortable!

My husband and I spent five days at this lovely cabin and it was so relaxing. Everything was very clean and the neighborhood was nice and quiet (no traffic sounds or sirens, etc...a nice change from Phoenix). The bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable, which was SO nice! The weather was perfect and we spent most of our time sitting on the back porch, watching the local wildlife, which was quite entertaining! I

Awesome Pinetop CC Property

Simply said this has to be the best VRBO Property we have stayed at. The hosts were very accommodating and very easy to communicate with. The property is very well-equipped, and our two pups (mini American Shepherds) loved playing in the snow (the first time) in the fenced backyard! We will keep this property on the top of our wishlist for our next stay in the White Mountains of Arizona!

Owners have thought of everything

Cabin was awesome actually bigger/open floor plan then pics showed and windows throughout. Our family with two pups felt at home and it was hard to leave this lovely property!

Thanksgiving in Pinetop

My husband and I brought our 3 dogs up for a Thanksgiving getaway. Best VRBO we have stayed at. Great backyard and house had everything we needed. Master bedroom had a super comfortable mattress, slept great!! Beautiful surroundings and I had lots of places to walk the pups. Thanks for having us.

Would stay again...

We had a wonderful time and the property was better than advertised. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking pans, we did breakfast and lunch at the cabin and ate out in the evenings. Since it is a bit off season, have to check the days open of the restaurants, but everything was great. Would like to come back in the summer and take advantage of some of the garden items, it looks like it would be wonderful. Also, we liked the chairs so well in the living room, we bought two for our home when we got back. Can't wait to get them delivered! Thank you so much for sharing your home.

Perfectly peaceful

This Cabin had a front and back porch and a beautiful garden with lots of birdfeeders. It was well supplied with plenty of towels, kitchen items, and anything you need for a fantastic vacation.. the owners are especially helpful, as compared to being managed by a third-party company.

Great cabin!

These guys have thought of everything when it comes to this cabin. The house was in excellent shape. The owners have really gone out of their way to make sure you have anything you would need just like you were at home. The kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms had all the regular stuff with a couple extras. Beds were great. All in all it was a great cabin. The location is perfect! We will use it again for sure.

Perfect Snowy Getaway!

This is a great little place with a nice fenced yard to hang out and play in the snow. The hosts have thought of everything you need and the place is very clean. Communication is awesome and the check in process is very simple. We liked it so much that we booked another stay before we even left!

Great holiday getaway

Beautiful property with a great front porch and backyard deck. Well stocked kitchen as far as pots and pans. Gas range and all of the appliances are beautiful. We really enjoyed the gas fireplace. The dogs loved the backyard. We fed the birds and had jays, juncos, finches, acorn woodpeckers, and flickers all show up for treats. Owners were great to work with and even answered a few questions while we were there. Looking forward to another stay.

Greg and I ( Marti ) are retired and live in Sun Lakes, AZ which is at southern tip of Phoenix Valley area. We bought this cozy cabin to enjoy ourselves some of the year, but decided to share it when not visiting ourselves. We have had many wonderful guests who get as much out of cabin and wildlife as we do, and that makes us grateful.

We selected this cabin for the location and also because it is clean and very well kept. It suits us perfectly and we feel at one with nature when there.
