Close enough to all the action on Windham mountain yet just far enough to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the 5 acre property which has its own hiking trails, pond, kids playground and Perfect for your family reunion, holidays, retreat, romantic getaway or all year round living in this catskills hideaway.
Nestled in the heart of the Northern Catskill Mountains, this beautiful chalet home will enchant you with its peaceful charm.
It is perfect for a weekend getaway with kids, a special engagement, a family reunion, a skiing adventure, a Golf outing with friends and family or a relaxing retreat.
Just three miles from the Windham Mountain family ski area, nine miles from Hunter Mountain and the two miles from the spectacular Windham Country Clubâs championship 18-hole golf course. From winter to summer, fall to spring, Windham awaits you with year-round activities including: hiking, skiing, golfing, biking, snowmobiling and horseback riding.
Scenic views stretch in every direction from the houseâs back porch. Cook up some cheeseburgers on the grill! During hunting season, sportsmen can find deer, wild turkeys and other game abound. The endearing town of Windham is a haven for fine dining, lively bars, community festivals, church socials, movie theaters, and fine art galleries. From winter to summer, fall to spring, Windham awaits you with year-round activities including: hiking, skiing, golfing, biking, snowmobiling and horseback riding.

The home comfortably accommodates 10 to 15 guests. There is plenty of parking along the gravel driveway.
The living roomâs comfy overstuffed couches and rustic decorations create the perfect mountain retreat atmosphere. The kitchen is outfitted with all the necessities and more. Central air-conditioning keeps the house cool through summer months.
The home includes three separate bedrooms and a large loft with four couches that convert into beds. Young and old especially enjoy the loft as a cozy hideaway â some of our guests refer to it as âthe man cave.â It is tastefully decorated with vintage skis and beautiful local photography.
Every need is provided for. A professional cleaning staff will prepare the house for your arrival, including setting the thermostat so a comfortable atmosphere is ready for you. The house is meticulously outfitted with every convenience: coffee maker, all kitchen wares, plenty of fresh towels, firewood. Yes, it includes towels, all sheets and blankets for all beds, (yes, even the futons in the loft)
During your stay, we recommend a morning trip to the Windham Country Store in town; enjoy freshly made donuts that are delicious enough to write home about. Be sure to include the Windham walking path for a relaxing afternoon stroll. During the winter months, be sure to go tubing at Windham Mountainâs icy slopes for wind-whipping fun. And after a long day enjoying all that the Catskill Mountains have to offer, This peaceful home awaits you â enjoy a warm bath, some hot chocolate, and maybe a ping-pong tournament with friends before slipping into bed for the next dayâs adventures.
