Parmi les plus belles propriétés à Windham. Belle et grande maison nichée au calme sur 12 hectares utilisables avec des pistes cavalières bucoliques reliées à des sentiers de randonnée. Une véritable sensation de la Toscane sur la propriété commençant à la porte d'entrée. Îlot de salle à manger en travertin de 16 'et cuisine professionnelle. Sièges 14. Four au loup / cuisinière viking. Choisissez des girolles / cèpes / rampes et mûres sauvages en saison. Raquette ou ski de fond sur la propriété en hiver. Détendez-vous au spa et au théâtre. Préparez vos repas dans des cuisines professionnelles intérieures ou extérieures. Le taux de location journalier est une échelle mobile en fonction de la taille du groupe. Pour être clair, 750 / nuit pour 4-6 personnes, 850 / nuit pour 7-10 et 950 / nuit pour 11-14 personnes. Le service de ménage est de 140, plus un dépôt de garantie remboursable égal au taux d'une nuit.

5th year staying at this property for our spring golf trip. The property is exactly as described. Beautiful location, property is well cared for and the owner and his caretaker are very responsive and accommodating. Great property in Windham.

Rick is an excellent host and very communicative. My group had an incredible time at his property. There is so much to do that we ran out of time to do everything! Bocce Court and disc golf was a hit. But the real star of the show was the outdoor deck with a full barbecue. We spent most of our time out there enjoying the views and cooking up some food. Thanks again Rick. Looking forward to coming back!

Beautiful property tha tfeels like home

An incredible house with all the amenities for a great time. The outdoor fire place and all the activities make it a ton of fun, and the views and country are incredible. The bedrooms are also comfortable for a big group to stay in. Recommend 10/10

Great stay

Had a fun time at the house with some friends. We were able to rent both the main house and the yurt (which was fantastic!) The new pickleball court is great and provided hours of fun.

Wow - Beautiful Windham escape!

Hard to decide where to begin…one of the nicest rental homes in the Windham area! Outside amenities are incredible - the firepit is amazing, the outdoor kitchen provides so many wonderful options (outdoor pizza oven was a hit) The inside provides fabulous space for all - even when the weather doesn’t cooperate. Rick and Alan were a pleasure to deal with. We look forward to a return trip!

Beautiful place, view is prime. The outdoor fire is awesome, the perfect spot to gather around. The myriad games are such great things to have. We left once over 3 days/nights. Owner and manager are super friendly and made the process seamless. Would definitely stay here again.

Great time!

Place is beautiful with a great view of the mountain from the porch. Real ski house feel inside, with a long kitchen island and a nice game room downstairs w an indoor hot tub. Might go back next year!

Friends Weekend

Lovely property, with lots of room inside and out. Terrific house for cooking and entertaining, and save some time for late-night bocce under the stars (with lighting!) Highly recommended.

Wonderful Property

My son picked out this property for his graduation vacation. We loved exploring all the amenities the property had to offer. The property manager and owner were very friendly and quick to respond to any questions that arose. We had three younger children (9,8, and 3) and there was so much to do for them as well. We loved the indoor and outdoor kitchens and was one of the selling highlights for us. We highly recommend.

Home away from Home

Property is as advertised! The home is magnificent and plenty of room for a big group! Outdoor deck/kitchen is where you will spend most of your time. You will not be disappointed with this house.

Beautiful private chateau in a wonderful location

Wonderful house with a lot of rooms and spacious outdoor areas. We had a great time. Only a 5 minute drive to Windham ski resort, and you have a beautiful view of the mountain from the house. The kitchen is stocked with anything you would need to cook, including a huge variety of spices. Check-in and check -out processes were easy and smooth, and we sincerely appreciated their flexibility when we requested a late check-out. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome weekend getaway!

You will not be disappointed with the views and amenities on Ricks property. We had an awesome time with a total of 11 of us and there was plenty of space and things to do. The new pickleball court was great and entertained us for hours. Leo the house manager was great and answered any questions we had. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Beautiful serene getaway + Pickleball!

This is our second time staying here with friends and it’s become our go-to vacation spot! Since last year Rick (the owner) added an incredibly well made pickleball court which we wound up playing every day we were there. The views from the patio are amazing and it’s a perfect spot to watch the sunset over the mountains. There’s so many things to do from the hot tub, pickleball, ping pong, foosball, firepit, a few of us also got pretty good at the slack line in the back! Looking forward to staying here again.

Fantasic property

We stayed for the 4th of july weekend and had a blast. Were able to enjoy the outdoors from the deck and yard and watch the weather roll in through the valley. Played numerous games, and when the rain came we had enough space indoors to spread out. Loved the pickleball and bocce courts. Fully appointed kitchen both indoor and outdoor and we made some great meals. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Quite possibly the best place our group has stayed

Twice a year, I get out into the mountains with a group of friends. We've booked many places over the years, and this was probably our favorite. Both the indoor and outdoor kitchens were incredible. The massive, outdoor fireplace was a great hangout spot. The foliage views from the deck were nearly as good as from the summits. We didn't even get a chance to use some of its many amenities, but we definitely made use of the hot tub after hiking -- which was great. Our group was big enough that we had to share a couple beds, but they were king-sized, so it was fine. Everything was very clean, very comfortable, and top notch. Communication with the owner was easy and the property manager who met us at check-in was great, making sure we were good to go and had everything we needed. Easy five stars.

One-of-a-kind property

Well-planned amenities inside and out. Was here for a weekend with 3 families (13 people). Took advantage of everything - ping pong, foosball, poker table, HUGE hot tub, two wood stoves, high-end appliances in both the indoor and outdoor kitchens (made fresh dough and did personal pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven), pickleball, slackline, hiking, HUGE outdoor fireplace, indoor-outdoor stereo, and piano (friend brought a guitar and we did a sing-a-long night). Relaxing views of the Catskills including Windham Mountain Club. Property manager was friendly and communicative. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Very Bad experience

We did not like the stay. We were not impressed by the room conditions. Rooms were very small and had no ventilation. Dirty bedsheets. We called the owner and he was not helpful. Plus he took a great chunk of money from our deposit. I will never stay here again

Excellent location for a group getaway!

We stayed here with a large group of friends over the holiday weekend and had an excellent time. Everything was as advertised with the listing, the property itself is incredible and well suited for a group getaway. The enormous kitchen island was a major feature for our stay and always had a group of friends around it sharing meals, socializing, or playing games. The kitchen itself comes well stocked with tools, utensils, and spices for cooking up meals. The outdoor space was a dream for grilling and sharing meals, and several of our guests took the opportunity to enjoy the disc golf, walking the grounds, and pre-built fire. With everything available, there was no need to leave the property other than for grocery runs. House manager Alan and owner Rick were friendly and accommodating. They were responsive to the few requests and issues we raised, and everything was handled well in a professional manner. The only drawback I can say about our stay was the weather, as our booking landed on a particularly hot and humid summer weekend. Our host provided several fans around the house to help with cooling and circulation, but it was tough to beat that humidity. All in all it was a memorable weekend and well worth the trip. I'd happily stay here and work with Rick & Alan again in the future.
