Featuring a complete redesign, this sparkling townhome is the perfect place for your group to come together after fun days on the slopes and still have room to retreat to the plush bedrooms. Plus, this home is pet-friendly, so bring your dog to Steamboat on your next vacation!

This is the perfect home for your next mountain vacation. The open main level floor plan features a huge living room decked out with all the amenities including new TV's, speakers, luxe leather seating & recliners and a private wrap-around deck. Head into the kitchen to whip up dinner for your group and enjoy the high-end appliances including a wine fridge and Keurig coffee maker. Dinners are easy at the oversized eight person dining table plus there's overflow seating for three at the breakfast bar.

When it's time to retreat, you'll love the two King suites and one Queen suite all on the upper level, ll with their own attached ensuite bathroom. These bedrooms offer a perfect amount of privacy and all open up into the second lounge that's a great spot for kids to escape. On the lower level you'll find the bunk suite, with a Twin over Full bunk with a Twin Trundle and its own private ensuite bathroom. You'll also find the heated two car garage on this level that's ideal for the wintery weather and a great space for your winter gear. Additional amenities include gas grill on deck, pet crate for one dog, private washer & dryer, pullout in upstairs lounge and more! If you're looking for the perfect vacation home, look no farther than Waterford 6.

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King suite on upper level, Second King suite also on upper level, and Queen suite on the upper level, Twin over Full bunk beds with Twin Trundle in the the lower level bunk suite, and sleeper sofa in the upper level lounge. Sleeps up to 10 guests.

Please Note:
- There are only two parking spaces for this townhome, both in the garage, for cars no longer than 19 ft long and 7 ft tall.
- Pool closed 2023-2024 for maintenance.
- There is no air conditioning in this home - fans are available in the property.
- The pool is only open from Memorial Day til Labor Day.

Pet Friendly: This home is pet friendly for one dog. There is a required $25 nightly fee for one dog, which will be added on to your reservation at time of check out. *If a dog is to be left unattended at this home, there are crates provided in the garage and the dog must be kenneled in the lower level (mudroom). We ask that you do not kennel them in the garage due to noise sensitivity of the neighbors. We also ask that you do not let your dog on furniture of any kind in the home. Thank you for adhering to these requests!

Parking: There is room for two cars in the heated garage & two in the driveway. No trailer parking permitted. DO NOT park vehicles in the area adjacent to the driveway near the pool gate.​​​​​​​

Luxury Linen Package Included: This home has crisp, white duvet covers that are washed after every stay. Enjoy hotel-style bedding in the comfort of a home.

Location: Waterford Community is a 10-15 minute walk to Steamboat Resort along paved walking paths/sidewalks and includes some elevation change. Approximately 3.5 miles from Downtown Steamboat Springs.

Future in laws vacay!
We enjoyed our experience with a group of 6. The service with steamboat lodging was fantastic. All of the shuttle drivers were friendly, prompt and welcoming. The house was comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked beds were comfortable with good bath linens. We would stay with steamboat lodging again

February Skiing
We stayed at Waterford 6 in February 2023 for our annual dual family ski trip. 4 adults and 4 kids (9-12). The house and location were great! House was very clean, beds were extremely comfortable, and the Steamboat Lodging Company shuttle made everything everything accessible. SLBCO staff made great recommendations and they have certainly addressed feedback from former guests. We all look forward to booking with them again.

Nice, but needs a few tweaks
We enjoyed our stay and the Steamboat Lodging folks were very nice and awesome at answering questions. Also, their shuttle was very convenient. The property, however, had a few things we thought could've been improved. First, there were not enough towels in the bathrooms. Only two bath and two hand towels. Next, the hot water in the bathroom sinks took FOREVER (over 5 minutes) to even get warm (especially in the evening/first thing in the AM which is when we all needed it most!). We even had maintenance come check the water, but because they could eventually feel it get sort of warm, they didn't do anything to improve it. Also, there was no air conditioning in the unit and, because we were sleeping on the third floor (and the outside highs were in the high 40's that week) it was just plain hot upstairs. They did provide fans, but they were noisy and everyone had to run one in order to get the upstairs cool enough to sleep. That was pretty noisy. Finally, there was no place to put our suitcases in each bedroom. There were two suitcases per king bedroom, but no place to lay out our suitcases to get our clothes. There was a chest of sorts to put clothes in, but it wasn't very efficient and there was still not enough room for all our clothes, so one suitcase needed to be open, but again, there was no place for it. The kitchen was well equipped, and the sitting area was nice, but we will probably look elsewhere next year.
