This unit is located just steps away from the beach, the spacious living area is tiled and opens onto a wide screened deck. Comfortable décor makes this a great place to relax and have the perfect vacation. The living room has a sleeper sofa, loveseat, 45" flat screen TV, two side chairs and tile flooring. The dining area has seating for 6 with a hand painted table with tropical design. The kitchen is well stocked and the bar has seating for two. There is a cabinet for additional storage next to the laundry area which is also located on the main level. The dining area has a half bath. This is a unique floor plan because there are two master suites, the 2nd level master bedroom has a queen bed, bath with double vanity, tub and separate shower with fabulous gulf views on the open deck. The second bedroom on the 2nd level also has twin beds, a private full bath and private balcony. The 3rd level hosts a full size master suite with king bed, side chair, dresser, refrigerator, flat screen tv and open deck. Enjoy the breathtaking views and sunsets from this open deck off the 3rd level master. The master bathroom has double vanity, closet, additional storage area, garden tub with separate shower.

There is an additional fee if you decide to bring your dog! Barrier Dunes is very accommodating for your favorite 4 legged friend! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs.

50% of balance due is due at booking and the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in. Pet Fee is $150.00 and is non refundable.
