True to its name, you'll enjoy spectacular views when you stay here! Mountain View Lodge is a beautiful two-story home located at The Park section of the prestigious gated community, The Lodges at Eagles Nest. Besides the beautiful views, guests will enjoy access to one of a kind amenities, a brand new hot tub, and custom finishes. With a beautiful open floor plan, a spacious layout, soaring windows, and vaulted knotty-pine ceilings, this home is truly the ultimate homey Lodge you have been looking for.
The fully equipped kitchen provides cooking essentials and stainless-steel appliances including a dishwasher, plus the dining area and island bar provides plenty of seating for your friends or family.
Bring warmth and ambiance by lighting the woodburning fireplace in the living room while you enjoy a good book, chatting with fellow travelers, and dining in the nearby contemporary kitchen. Through the huge sliding glass doors step outside into the crisp mountain air and enjoy the long-range mountain views that will take your breath away! The back deck is a great space to relax as it is covered and offers a BRAND NEW HOT TUB overlooking the view, as well as a TV with a fireplace for those cooler evenings.
The Master bedroom is located on the main level offering a California King size bed, TV, and full bathroom. Upstairs is the second bedroom with two Queen beds and TV, and full bathroom. The open loft has two Full sized beds as well. A full sized washer and dryer are in the home for guest use.
Mountain View Lodge is located a short walk from the North Pavilion, an amenity area for guests to use that features a playground, basketball court, sports field, helipad, and the Sportsman's Lodge! This closed in building has a massive, stacked stone wood-burning fireplace and with a flat screen TV above it. The Sportsman's Lodge is the place to be for the Fourth of July Celebration that Eagles Nest hosts each year! Watch the awesome Eagles Nest fireworks right from your front deck and then head to the back porch to see Beech Mountains fireworks (for both Fourth of July and New Years)!

Please note all visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
Additional Notes:
- This home is pet friendly for up to 2 mature, well-trained, non-aggressive dogs. Pet rent is $25/nt per dog.
- This homeowner uses an outdoor security camera at the front porch to monitor their home and ensure it remains safe. Cameras are switched off during guests visits. No cameras are inside the home.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: offroadadventuresnc.com.
- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
-Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling us with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
